6:41 Pretty sure that would be classed as attempted murder since he knew that not pushing the button would lead to the death of the other toys and purposefully chose not to out of malice. It would have been negligence if he escaped onto the ledge but didn't see the button, or didn't know that there was fiery doom waiting at the end of the conveyer, or even if he did see the button and knew about the doom but pushing the button would have somehow put him in unreasonable danger. As it was, and considering how hostile he had been towards the other characters up until this point, I don't think a prosecutor would have any trouble selling an attempted murder charge to a jury. At least 3rd degree, but probably 2nd degree because of his prior interactions with the other toys involved.
And congrats to you for blowing up like you deserve! Your videos give people an idea of the consequences every action done can carry, the videos themselves are very interesting as well. And the 'copyrighted music' sections are hilarious, too.
So the thing with Hopper and the extortion is that 15 years is one person. It'd be a lot more if you include how many counts of it there are. I'd say he should get 15 years for each ant, but at the very least, I'd say it's two counts of extortion because it's towards both the queen and Princess Atta. (Also love these videos!)
When Lots-o puts Buzz in Demo Mode it can be seen as torture when he was tied up and interrogated and when he is actually switched to Demo Mode it can be seen as brainwashing.
For Hopper's, there was also 3 counts of assault not mentioned in the list, 1 where he punched another grasshopper, then when he threw Flik to the ground, & when he strangled Flik (which could also be a case of 1st degree attempted murder)
You could also argue for Charles Muntz that him attempting to capture the bird would be labeled as a crime. Since its implied to be the only one of its kind (including its babies) on paradise falls, if it were discovered in real life it would have been labeled as an endangered species, and Charles is very clearly employing harmful methods to capturing it and removing it from its natural habitat including using hunting dogs which hurt its leg, using that net, and almost killing it with a shotgun. With all that he would've gotten the maximum sentence and a hefty fine.
11:56 If you didn’t know, there should be another charge for Charles lutz. When Mr. Fredrickson was trying to save Russel and the other animals. Charles tried to kill them with a firearm but wasn’t able to due to fredrickson having chocolate saving all three and making Charles fall to his death. I wish you could give him another 3 attempted murder charges for trying to kill Russell, snipe, and I forgot the name for the talking dog. Anyways just to let you know if you missed a chat purge and was reminding you of what charge you missed while charging Charles and talking about what he is charged for and how.

OKAY, let's get down to business! These Pixar villains are ones I've been WANTING to bust for a LONG TIME! Maximum penalties for Pixar villains part 2: Hopper: So we're off to a great start; Hopper is undoubtedly both one of Pixar's most notorious and DANGEROUS villains in the franchise. Not only he used others to gather food for him and his clan, he practically controlled the entirety of Ant Island and its kingdom, even though he took FULL control in the last third of the movie. He also committed treason on ALL of the levels to the ant kingdom and took his deathly wrath out on innocent ants of all ages, including The Queen and little Dot, and even his own allies. He's a power-hungry, violent and horrible tyrant of a bug and also cannot be alive any longer because of his crimes against the ants. I recommend he be executed via the same way he met his demise in the movie involving the bird. Something the Romans call *"Damnatio ad bestias"!!! Lotso**: Even though he has a tragic backstory which is understandable to think of his feelings of betrayal, what he did at Sunnyside Daycare and to all those other toys is inexcusable and unforgivable. Lotso will have no choice but to face the consequences for his crimes against toykind and possibly humanity. From what I've seen of how Lotso shows no mercy at tormenting, torturing and even resorting attempting to kill others with pleasure, he is a big danger to toys and society and therefore must be given a taste of his own medicine; life imprisonment in a toy jail of any kind, with a SLIM possibility of parole if he somehow comes to his senses and shows remorse. If he doesn't though and remains this insane, spiteful and malicious toy, he'll never see another day outside his cell.... "Stinky" Pete: The thing is, Pete actually does have a point with his idea of toys being damaged and eventually thrown away and almost foreshadowing the events in Toy Story 3, but unfortunately his ideas are actually pointless if a toy is treated the right way and still committed crimes thus making him a delusional individual. I would recommend Pete be jailed for 9 and a half years with a fine of $3000 and visits from a psychologist as he serves his time. Ernesto de la Cruz: Senor de la Cruz's downfall will be the most spectacular in Mexican history and one of the most in music history altogether. Not only he killed his best friend and the true star, he manipulated the public into becoming a national treasure, just like Rolf Harris, and even tried to murder an innocent young boy whom he had no connection to. His star-studded reputation will disintegrate, his songs and albums will be destroyed and erased, or maybe perhaps reclaimed by Hector Rivera since he is the true musician, and he will become a disgrace to the music world. He will now spend 45 years behind bars in the Land of the Dead....and life as a has-been. No one will remember you now, Senor! Charles F. Muntz: Another one of Pixar's most wanted. If he is capable of killing 2 people, attempting to kill 2 others including a child and committing other terrible offenses all because he wanted to fix his now destroyed reputation, not to mention that since it was the reason he went back to Paradise Falls and went insane in the first place, then he probably deserved to be kicked out of the National Explorer's Society if this was bound to happen. The once-prominent pioneer of the 20th century is now a danger to society and will spend the rest of his miserable life as a disgrace and locked up in federal prison till the day he dies. He will be erased from history with his books scrapped, his artifacts, treasures and belongings including his airship auctioned off or perhaps even sold to Mr Carl Fredricksen, his dogs impounded and his rank as a famed explorer stripped of. This time, FOREVER....*** *The act of executing someone by wild animals and Latin for "condemnation to beasts". **Short for Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear ***Though according to a video by Crazy Nate, he could also possibly face charges of fraud and deception according to an Easter Egg in the movie. Forgot the felony charge for Muntz of firing at an aircraft. Also Hoper's threatening violence on princess dot on the opener.
I think Charle's firearm charge could also count as attempted first degree murder since he was trying to bring down the house with the kid and the old man inside (I forgot their names)
Could also count as Property Damage, since they were not his balloons or house.
Old man - Carl, kid - Russel.
3:47 Yeah, a scam website is stealing

If you think about it Toy Story 2 came out in 1999, so stinky Pete has theoretically served his time and is a free man now
I’m surprised that Lotso didn’t get the death penalty for burning the cast as they are treasures and worth millions.
He *almost* burned them
I was expecting the death penalty was for usurping Sunnyside.
Hopper when threatening the ants: "Blackmail is such a harsh word. I prefer extortion. The x makes it sounds cool."
10:50 I would also say that another charge would be encapturement of a endangered species.
That's what I was thinking but I'm guessing the reason why he didn't get the charge was because everyone thought Kevin was dangerous (in the beginning of the film where Mr Frederickson was watching the Muntz documentary), but really, she's harmless, so yeah, it's a possibility that's compilation so that can be charged IDK I didn't go to law school.
NOOO! FIRST JIMMYHERE NOW YOU?!?! THE TEMU CURSE IS REAL!!!!!
I'm not too familiar with how what charge counts for what, but I'm curious. Could Stinky Pete also be charged with Mutilation, since he almost cuts Woody's arm off? this ain't just a "flesh" wound, he almost remove's Woody's arm, a few more strands would cut it off completely.

I loved how he charged an insect for attacking and oppressing other insects, and how he charged 2 toys for attacking and oppressing other toys, when insects and toys have no human rights. I also liked how he still also charged Ernesto with 2 more life sentences for crimes he did in the afterlife.
5:21 OBJECTION!
The Phone is battered and bruised and said that he got broken (As in non-fixed) meaning this is MUTILATION!

I think Muntz should also get a few child endangerment charges for all the times he put Russell in danger.
I would argue that you could charge Pete for some kind of framing charge, as he framed Jesse earlier in the film.
Turning the TV on in the middle of the night is not a crime, which is what you have to blame someone for for it to be called a “frameup”.
And a mutation charge for ripping woody’s arm
accepting a sponsorship from temu after what they've been exposed for doing is crazy
Hopper is an underrated Pixar villain. He was really good
Yeah I had a feeling that Stinky Pete wouldn't get too much charges since he didn't reveal his evil actions until near the end of the film as Al was the main threat for most of the movie.
I'm surprised there wasn't some kind of poaching charge that could be applied to Charles.
Or mass enslavement because of his dogs.
@@blankblankness2971 I'm not sure if they were any more sentient than normal dogs, but I'm sure they're intelligent enough to take him to court and charge him for mass enslavement if they wanted
At the very least it's negligent homicide.
6:52 There is just something so hilarious and absurd about this frame.
When Lots-o puts Buzz in Demo Mode it can be seen as torture when he was tied up and interrogated and when he is actually switched to Demo Mode it can be seen as brainwashing.
Slavery, because brainwashing isn't real

When the world needed him the most, he returned with this absolute GEM.
The punishment he got at the end of toy story 3 is too merciful
What do you mean, he strapped to The Grill of a truck by a sanitation worker to be taught a lesson
For Hopper's, there was also 3 counts of assault not mentioned in the list, 1 where he punched another grasshopper, then when he threw Flik to the ground, & when he strangled Flik (which could also be a case of 1st degree attempted murder)
Assault occationing actual bodily harm
You could also argue for Charles Muntz that him attempting to capture the bird would be labeled as a crime. Since its implied to be the only one of its kind (including its babies) on paradise falls, if it were discovered in real life it would have been labeled as an endangered species, and Charles is very clearly employing harmful methods to capturing it and removing it from its natural habitat including using hunting dogs which hurt its leg, using that net, and almost killing it with a shotgun. With all that he would've gotten the maximum sentence and a hefty fine.

Hopper's another crime is being voiced by Kevin Spacey LMAO!
I believe Lotso's Gross Negligence should be upgraded to mass murder since him refusing to stop the incinerator served his prior attempts at killing the crew.
I feel like buzz being switched to demo mode should be charged as brainwashing, as Lotzo made him forget all his relations with friends, and had him join his side.
Hopper: Intimidation, racketeering, organizing and leading a gang (I'm pretty sure there's a charge for this, maybe something involving organized crime?), torture.
Stinky Pete: Torture, maybe?
Ernesto de la Cruz should have been charged in accordance to Mexican laws, though, since he's Mexican and all.
Charles Muntz: poaching, aggravated by the fact that he was poaching a rare or endangered species. Animal abuse might also be in there somewhere.

Ernesto tried to kill Miguel and he is a child . And he should get death sentence for attempted child's murder . And the same thing about Charles Muntz's attempted murder of Russell .
I'm not sure if you can get the death penalty for attempted child murder -- I'm pretty sure it's just life without parole
Dude to hopper one year is a life sentence man-
OKAY, let's get down to business! These Pixar villains are ones I've been WANTING to bust for a LONG TIME!
Maximum penalties for Pixar villains part 2:
Hopper: So we're off to a great start; Hopper is undoubtedly both one of Pixar's most notorious and DANGEROUS villains in the franchise.
This time, FOREVER....***
*The act of executing someone by wild animals and Latin for "condemnation to beasts".
**Short for Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear
***Though according to a video by Crazy Nate, he could also possibly face charges of fraud and deception according to an Easter Egg in the movie. Something to do with a newspaper article....
For Hopper: He's an Abusive Dictator
For Pete: Intimidated Toy
For Ernesto De La Cruz: Chrismatic Singer
For Charles F. Muntz: Determined Hunter (Also Vengeful and Misunderstood)
Imma keep it real. For creating an entire dictatorship, and forcing the torture upon hundreds of toys a lot of those possibly being permanently broken due to the harsh conditions of the caterpillar room. I think not giving Lottso a death sentence is real generous
