Syndrome could probably make a castle defense and claim to have been lawfully detaining Mr.Inc with no clear government to take jurisdiction over the case, what with Syndrome owning the private island in what might very well be Oceania.
@@bodaciouschad The problem with the trespassing argument is Syndrome lured Mr. Incredible to the island under false pretenses. And it's an island, so leaving wasn't an option; he was stuck there against his will. As for jurisdiction, there are no naturally occurring islands that are unclaimed territory. And I don't believe the island is artificial or newly formed, based on the heavy vegetation and some geological structures that would require a lot of time to form. My best guess is it's U.S. territory, since it would be quite difficult to pose as a government agency for one country while being considered the territory of another.
@@catprog I don't think that really matters since the house belonged to the Parrs and not Kari, so Bob and Helen would still have to have given her permission to let him in (which I highly doubt they would)
Based on what I can find for the Skinner part, it could be considered Inheritance Hijacking and/or Inheritance Theft. Since Linguini was to inherit the company due to it being left in the will, and Skinner not telling him about it, let alone informing him of being Gusteau’ son, it will vary depending on laws and country. However, since Skinner did this purposely, it may also count as Theft of company. @@omeletplayz2731 boarding those boats without permission made him a stowaway for a moment, so it might count as both trespassing and fare evasion (depending on the boat purpose)

with waternoose utilizing the company as a proxy criminal enterprise to facilitate attempted child trafficking, and randall acting as an enforcer nonetheless, I'm thinking charges against him could rack up a lot worse and it's possible RICO indictments would come into play
The scariest part is that Syndrome is so rich that if he was jailed for his crimes, he could easily bargain his release with the government, judges, politicians and law enforcement officers. Maybe even bribe newspapers to cover up for him and protect his image. So maybe it was better having mr. Incredible finish him off.
I don’t think he could cancel a death sentence with money though, and even if he could he’d soon run out of money if he had to keep appealing death sentences (or get killed by his cape like in the film)
sadly that wouldnt work for soemone who committed genocide against super heros, attempted to kidnap a child and lets not forget his Omnidriod causing mass destruction and damage to both public and private property and terrorism which is more than enough to send this wanted villain to death row and if he were apprehended alive. plus he wouldnt be able to rbibe them or have emdia cover up his image ebcuase his assets wouldove been frozen
@@kpounder4908 With just money? No. But as a genius inventor? Easily. We have enough historical examples of that. Laws are only applied to those who a not valuable enough for the government to care.
Yeah a lot of prisoners end up having children of their own that they care about deep down (unless their in for child abuse) and they usually hate when innocent children are hurt.
Not gonna lie, while your pre-Homelander videos were interesting to watch, there were many inaccurate/missing charges throughout, not to mention the absence of the villains' sentences and fines. So it's nice to see you update them in the current style you are getting the hang of
3:28 Due to the nature of children being similar to nuclear energy in the monster world, Randall instead of child abduction charges and attempted torture of a child would be ownership of a controlled substance (life sentence), and likely a charge similar to animal abuse for the abduction and torture. Additionally, Randall would also be charged with interal corruption as a result of incentivizing Waternoose to carry out said experiments with additional profit and a quick fix to the scream shortage.
Criminals need to feel like they are not the bottom of the barrel. Same reason why all the perverts hate 2 specific kinds of perverts with passion - "we are not as bad as they are!"
In regard to Chef Skinner's keeping the truth about Linguine hidden, one could argue he's attempting to defraud the rightful owner of the restaurant by concealing said truth. So Skinner's act could constitute a charge of either "fraud" or "conspiracy to defraud another" depending on the circumstance. In either case, max sentence is warranted due to Skinner's greed. Also, the way he went about trying to swat Remy can be interpreted as reckless endangerment since he was flailing what he was using rather recklessly. An ill-timed swing could strike an employee. At best, such could knock them out with a trip to the hospital. Worst-case scenario is the bystander ends up dead.
Solutions to each villains crime on how they were defeated Randal: Beaten up by a shovel by a kid's mom. Waternoose: Arrested. Chef Skinner: Tied up by rats Syndrome: Getting his cape stuck in an air turbine and dies with the ship (death penalty complete)
Since the kid's mom thought Randall was an alligator, ain't no way she gonna let that shit slide while she has a kid with her, so she probably killed Randall with the shovel, and even though we never get to find out if Randall died, let's hope he did, because I've absolutely hated Randall ever since I saw the movie, and I still do.

5:25 I'd like an explanation on how stalking could get you 10 years. I've seen so many cases of people being stalkers and the cops do nothing unless they cause physical violence on them.
5:54 This part of the story before the third act where Bob goes to the island a second time was supposed to be for Frozone, not Mr. Incredible, the evidence to back this up is the fact the fight scene is unusual and takes place in a volcano, an extreme heated atmosphere that was established earlier in the movie to be Frozone’s biggest weakness, and the Omni-droids eye was a blueish color, similar to Frozone’s suit color.
Honestly I think he should’ve gotten a lighter sentence, due to the moped driver hitting him. He was in the right to retaliate, although at the same time, that moped was probably quite light, as it seems to be a Vespa of some kind.
I'm not sure if this is even a plausible idea considering the main series games alone are about 99 hours in total and this would probably only appeal to a select audience, but I think a video on the sentencing of culprits in the Ace Attorney series could be cool since it only ever states the details of what happens to the culprits (or.. suspected culprits in the case of one of them) after they get caught a handful of times at most. Of course you have the cut-and-dry premeditated murder culprits, but there are also some non-murder crimes tied to the cases that might be interesting. After writing this I've just realized that this probably sounds like me showing up at your virtual doorstep going "Hello my good sir, do you have the time to talk about our lord and savior Phoenix Wright?", sorry about that.
This was a great improvement over the original! Well done! One error I noticed, Syndrome should have 3 death penalties, not two, since you mentioned giving him another death penalty for his attempted murder of Helen and the kids but never added it to the list.
Well, Syndrome should actually be getting 3 extra life sentences for second degree attempted murder on Helen and 2 counts of attempted child murder on Dash & Violet because they were not dead!
could also add the deleted scene where Snug came along for the plane ride with Elastigirl, Violet, and Dash, but Snug died during the explosion, all that remained was his hat sinking into the ocean so best to include a deleted scene crime for murder from Syndrome
Question: Is there a law about smuggling toxic materials? I figure that the monsters inc team should get fined for that as it's believed children are toxic. Also I'd love to see sully and mike, them hiding boo from the authorities, the toxic waste thing, dangerously disposing of toxic substances (sully flushing the kid toys,) not to mention the university movie, they'd have a ridiculous list
Waternoose's act of banishment is essentially forcibly moving someone into an isolated environment and abandoning them. There's gotta be real crimes that are more applicable to that situation than illegal eviction.

As a minor the charge of tresspass in his Incrediboy phase would've been waived at 18 afaik.
Did Syndrome get permission to enter the house from the babysitter?
@@catprog I don't think that really matters since the house belonged to the Parrs and not Kari, so Bob and Helen would still have to have given her permission to let him in (which I highly doubt they would)
8:30 You forgot Frame Up, as Syndrome makes everyone in town think that he is a hero
3:49 but didn’t skinner threaten linguine somewhere around this time of the movie cuz I remember him saying “I’ll do it, I think the laws on my side!”
Even though I couldn’t find the penalty for this, my guess logically, Skinner would be forced to surrender the company to Linguini and pay damages.
Would he get a trespassing charge for jumping on those boats in the document chase scene?
@@omeletplayz2731 boarding those boats without permission made him a stowaway for a moment, so it might count as both trespassing and fare evasion (depending on the boat purpose)

@@istphantomgames596I think that this channel assumes that courts are somehow able to prove everything
I love how mousait takes the time to find out what would happen if people broke these laws but he just uses these skills to find out how many crimes a movie villain commited
with waternoose utilizing the company as a proxy criminal enterprise to facilitate attempted child trafficking, and randall acting as an enforcer nonetheless, I'm thinking charges against him could rack up a lot worse and it's possible RICO indictments would come into play
"And when everyone's a super, no one is"
That line still gives me chills

Even prisoners have standards.

Not gonna lie, while your pre-Homelander videos were interesting to watch, there were many inaccurate/missing charges throughout, not to mention the absence of the villains' sentences and fines. So it's nice to see you update them in the current style you are getting the hang of
I never realised how bad most of these villains are until I see their crimes, it’s surprising just how evil a lot of them are
3:28 Due to the nature of children being similar to nuclear energy in the monster world, Randall instead of child abduction charges and attempted torture of a child would be ownership of a controlled substance (life sentence), and likely a charge similar to animal abuse for the abduction and torture. Additionally, Randall would also be charged with interal corruption as a result of incentivizing Waternoose to carry out said experiments with additional profit and a quick fix to the scream shortage.

I don't know why but hearing that vine boom just brings joy to me.
Solutions to each villains crime on how they were defeated
Randal: Beaten up by a shovel by a kid's mom.
Waternoose: Arrested.
Chef Skinner: Tied up by rats
Syndrome: Getting his cape stuck in an air turbine and dies with the ship (death penalty complete)
No capes!
We all know Waternoose got shanked in prison

He was in the right to retaliate, although at the same time, that moped was probably quite light, as it seems to be a Vespa of some kind.
i cant with the vine booms when they sum it all up 3:30
I'm not sure if this is even a plausible idea considering the main series games alone are about 99 hours in total and this would probably only appeal to a select audience, but I think a video on the sentencing of culprits in the Ace Attorney series could be cool since it only ever states the details of what happens to the culprits (or.. suspected culprits in the case of one of them) after they get caught a handful of times at most.

You undercharged Skinner.
1) He committed battery by shoving that guy off the moped he stole
2) When he was chasing Remy, he accidentally went down some stairs and damaged the moped he stole (property damage), and he also jumped onto two ships in an attempt to catch Remy, and attempted to jump onto a third (trespassing).
3) After learning that Remy was the cook, Skinner trapped him in a cage (wrongful imprisonment), put the cage in his car (kidnapping), and threatened to murder Remy if he didn't help Skinner launch a brand of frozen foods (coersion). I know that you didn't charge him with animal abuse in the beginning because Skinner initially didn't know Remy was sentient, but he did know that after he found out Remy was the cook.
