First I want to say how humble you are. Yes, we all make mistakes but not al You Tube crafters show that. That make it look so easy & the outcome so perfect. It’s intimidating. Thank you for being upfront. Your honesty helps us learn. Second, I’ve never seen this technique. So thank you for teaching me something new. Lastly and certainly not least my, these windows are GORGEOUS! I love the look. And adding the shelve what a great idea! I think my fav is the rooster but definitely love all of them!
Oh Yvonne !!! I have never been so anxious through one of your videos like this one…LOL!!! I could not wait to see the FINISHED PRODUCT and lady you did not disappoint at all ! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS IDEA ! And I am so thankful you showed us the aged mirror process …. I have 2 old windows I want to do that to. But now, I think I want this process ! Love the Rooster one ! And genius idea to paint the PAPER and not the decoupage paper ! A person could do this process with a picture frame too! Have glass cut the same size as the glass in the frame for seasonal decor ! Do a mirrored Christmas scene or winter scene. Oh the ideas are unless ! Then after the Holiday remove and store the mirrored picture and place another one in it .. I’m excited !!!! LOL!! I will say I held my breath when you took the sander to the paper. I have never used a sander, so I saw shredder paper ! 😬 GRAND WORK !!! ❤️❤️❤️🍁🍁🍁❤️❤️❤️
Oh… I know I want to do it again and again. It was easy than I thought.( well by the end) over-thinking can get the best of me. But the options are wide open. Old Windows, frames .. just glass. I do hope you give it a try. It’s very satisfying. Thank you Jayne 🤍
Everything you do is beautiful, I especially appreciate you taking time to always make sure the back is done as well as the front. You can tell you take pride in your work and I’m sure you did the same when you were a hairdresser.❤️
Hi Yvonne . I absolutely luv ur decoupaged mirrored windows. I definitely want to try that. LUVED them all! Beautiful job! Thanx for showing us the process!
Top of my FAVORITE list!!! You & Chris are my favorites too😊❤ I'm a little window obsessed too... I have 100+ that I paid no more than $2 each for. I have run out of ideas & transfers are just too expensive. I have a 16 pane that you have just given me an awesome idea for ( I did pay $5 for it) I removed the glass from one like it & added chalkboard to one before but I didn't want to do another one. Thanks for all the inspiration. Yall are a blessing❤
Thank you so very much. I have several 3 pane windows that came from my house. They are from 1925. I knew I wanted them but never knew what I wanted to do with them. NOW I DO!!! I can't thank you enough.
OMGOODNESS 😮 these are FABULOUS!!! I love your experimental retired self! So much more time to play! I love them ALL!!!!!! Absolutely PERFECT, not imperfectly perfect either 😉❤️
What’s so super and enduring about you is that you share your mistakes. We all are going to make them but you have shown your viewers what to do if they happen. Thank you. I have a couple of mirrors and now I know what I’m going to do. I removed the items from the wall behind my couch. I’ve been keeping my eyes open as to what to hang as a replacement. Bingo, this is it. Now, to shop for decoupage paper! Thank you, thank you!
I think they all look absolutely great!! Thank you for bringing a new technique into the mix. So many options. Always look forward to your next video!!
The windows are wonderful!!!!!!!!! I love how you are not afraid to try anything. I’m sure your business will continue to be very successful with all the new ideas you come up with.🥰😍🤩🙏🏻
Cracking job. They look fantastic. For my tastes, I would clean and re-add the hardware as it kind of adds to the authenticity but you have done a first class job.
These are gorgeous. The rooster window is my favorite. Adding the shelf to the one window really looks nice. I like that. I do enjoy trying new things, so yes, I would like to try this sometime. I 'll have to keep my eyes open for a window.
OH MY GOODNESS!! Those are gorgeous!! I actually have several antique windows that came from my great-grandparents house. I need to find the absolute perfect image to decoupage onto them using this technique! You have been blessed with a wonderful gift. You look at old and damaged items and make them new again! Thanks for teaching another great method!!
The windows are really attractive and I learned a lot from you, as always! I appreciate you showing us your learning process. It's nice that you always finish each project in a professional manner, since unfortunately not all UA-cam creators do this.
Wow! I loved watching your thinking process & how you humorously worked through what your problem areas. You proved once again, the beauty of one-of-a-kind item. Great work!
I love old windows . I recently did a framed glass tray with mirror effect. Lots of lessons learned. Lol My philosophy is when you make a mistake and learn from it.. it's a lesson . . But when you make a mistake and don't learn it's a mistake. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience . Wonderful work! Kelly from Ontario Canada 🍁
Wow! At first I was really doubtful about how the aged mirror affect would turn out, but boy is that a cool effect. I am sure these are gonna sell really quickly. Amazing job!!
The rooster is so pretty. I don't have the patience to do the mirror effect but apply the paper to an old window would be good for me. Thanks for the inspiration.
WOW!! 😮THAT WAS AWESOME!! 👍🏻 Just absolutely beautiful! I love old windows too! And now I love old windows with decoupaged paper and mirror effect on them! So in the time since you did these, have you learned anything new about the mirror effect stuff? Thanks for teaching us this new and awesome way to redo old windows! 🤍

Years ago I used to take off part of the backing of a window & decoupage on the clear part. So this is kind of the opposite of that and I love it. Thanks for sharing this technique flaws & all. I think it helps others who are a little shy or afraid to do DIY‘s or try something new, you’re a great teacher.
I'm lost for words, these windows are fabulous, clear instructions and shelf added is an excellent idea. You are a genius. I'm now out looking for a window to do. Thank you.
I absolutely LOVE these windows. I have several in my horde but have been waiting to make them beautiful until I found just the right method. I’ll be trying this for sure. Thank you for sharing so much of what you do.
