I don't know where I'd be without this band.. Such an influence in who I've become as a man. I've now met Pete twice, and this last time I shook his hand, and talked to him for about 10 minutes, telling him what his music means to me.. He took the time of day to care about what I said and it meant very much to me. Gave the man a hug and he asked me what I wanted to hear during the show, so I told him "Holy shit, bro.. So many songs running through my head.. This'll be the sixth time seeing you guys and I still have yet to hear Grab Thy Hand." And he replied with "Ohhhhhhh, that's a good one.. I might just do that for yea." During the encore, he bent down to me in the pit, and put his hand to his ear and said "What did you wanna hear again, Jay?" (He remembered my name! Lol) and I screamed "Grab thy hand!" and he said "This dude wants us to play Grab thy hand, can we do that for him? Here you go, buddy!" and began to play it. I'm such a lucky guy and I will always be so grateful for this band.

I don't care for people saying they're a cheap imitation of Tool. They have their own distinct sound, and they'll forever be one of my favorite bands. I could almost cry because they got me through some really tough, lonely, depressive passes and mean so much to me!

@Christian Mcneil better then ps2 but not much. Actually the best was 360, it had more power but ps3 was unusable in processing so they downgraded the graphics from 07 to 08.

Ok always like chevelle sound and style, this past sunday, june 15 had another seizure ( doesnt happen often but from my brain surgery). Having a seizure, which i feel bad for wife, kids, family and friends, is like a reboot of my brain like a computer. I got 1000+ songs on my phone on shuffle and thurseday well enough alone comes on. I heard it, know it, like it but something changed. Some reason i cant stop listening to on repeat as if the siezure programmed me to this song. When i hear it the sound, rythm, vocals the whole shabang i feel free, happy, liberated, calm, etc., great band great tune, happy i feel this way about this song but not ready for another reboot lol keep rockin chevelle

@It doesn't matter. brain issues truly are the worst, cousin suffers from huge migraines and i always thought he was overreacting until my OCD got worse and worse which led to depression and anxiety (not truly the same thing i know but let me finish) i constantly have to worry about when it’s going to get triggered and possibly cause me to have a panic attack, and that’s what i imagine migraines and other brain issues to be, always worrying about when it’s going to get serious and not living your life like you want to

Vena Sera was by far the hardest and loudest album they've released in my opinion. "This type of thinking (could do us in)" had a bunch of heavy songs, but Vena Sera overall hit harder than that. "The Fad" and "Paint the Seconds" are also very good songs on that album, and both are hard hitting as well.

I used to say RUSH was the most underrated band in Rock ( come on not even inducted to the hall of fame till 2013 ?!!!?!?) !!! but I think they are finally getting the recognition they deserve and Chevelle has slid into that title of most underrated (and under appreciated) band in Rock .
I remember my buddy showed me this song and fell in freaking love with it and The Red. Brings back some of the best memories of my life...
Extra Comment- Looking back, now that I'm an adult, use to always think to live with no regrets and wouldn't change anything about my past because of who I am today. BS. I'd give almost anything to do things differently. Life goes so fast and when you think you're keeping up you realize, in the blink of an eye, time has out ran you and you'll never get it back. If any younger generation reading this, please live with no regrets, but most importantly, live making the right decisions because in 15 years you'll see how your choices bloom. No matter how fun it may be or the good time, it can bloom into an ugly reality that just isn't worth it.

+Henrique Fortes Eventhough SVR 2009 was an improvement, replacing the WWE 24/7 Mode with the superior Road To WrestleMania Mode, I have to admit the game did have a good soundtrack.
+Jeremy Riley What was so bad about the 24/7 mode? I felt it justified its purpose, to give an accurate lifestyle one similar to a WWE superstar.
Alpha Wolf ohh man that mode sucks. 24/7 is rly strange actually because it repeats a THOUSAND times the same cutscene and the storylines dont make sense, it doesnt finish correctly, and the worst thing of all, several times while I had an enemy it appeared a friendship cutscene between us. Wtf? This mode was a complete disaster, nevertheless, they fixed it with the amazing road to wrestlemania in svr 2009)
You are right, looking back at the mode. I was playing the PSP version and I did encounter the same cutscenes over and over, with supposed enemies. But then again, most feuds in the WWE do not finish correctly. Feuds have that final match, and wins that gets their desire surrounding the feud. If wrestlers that ever feuded encountered each other again, they would act that nothing ever happen between them. Owning SVR 2009 was truly a relief, with the RTWM mode, but I hated to do the special stipulations only to get a mundane costume.

When I was 21, I sat on my Girlfriends bed, after years of being together and her dealing with me never seeing her, and always chasing my next fix. I always would accuse her of not truly loving me and all of this other stuff, because I had my own issues that made me insecure. She had dealt with my addiction for so long. Finally she sat me down with her on her bed, and grabbed my hand and told me how much she loved this song and it made her think of me. I’m not with her anymore. But I can never listen to this song the same way again.
