@@Su_Desh Just read "Kerala Charithram". Kerala had the history of about 2000 years. Buddhism and Jainism arrived in kerala around 3rd Century BC. Both religion were prominent at that time, later both got perished. Hinduism get influenced by Buddhist and Jain traditions during this period, still some rituals that Keralite Hindus follow have great similarities with Jain-Budhist culture
In AD 52, Christianity was introduced into Kerala by Saint Thomas, which means Christianity came here even before it arrived in Greece and Rome. So that means Christians are living in Kerala for about 1000 years. So its not a big thing if Hindus and Christians share similarities in their weddings and other customs, Also we can't say that they copied Hindu traditions, they live here for so many years so it's natural that they got influenced by Kerala customs in their marriages and other ceremonies. Its know as cultural influence.
