Mermaid Inspired Extreme Edge Nails

- Hiya everyone,
I’m back with Georgia and we’re doing and Edge nail with Acrygel and all the glitter.
I’ve started with a thin layer of acrylic and then I’m going to use Marshmallow White which is in the Easy Squeezy and I’m going to apply that to the nail and manipulate it with a brush soaked in clean up solution. Once that’s cured I’m going to file my smile line into a sharp point I’m then going to do a thin layer of Clear As Day to adhere my glitters to, ombre my glitters. I’m then going to create a little chevron section over my glitter with Clear as Day and apply a marble of gel polish over that acrygel. I’m then going to fill the rest in with clear Acrygel and file and buff the nail.

I love how Adam knows how to prompt with appropriate questions or information about why products are laid down a certain way , he really pays attention to what viewers might not understand if they aren’t new to nails. It really is a seamless relationship between how you and Kirstie communicate ! What a great partnership ! I always am amazed at how much Adam knows about nails! It helps I am sure when Kirsty is in the kids of focusing on doing the nails and may not have time to state details (although she is amazing at exurbs techniques!) , Adam is great about naturally filling in the gaps of knowledge !

What a great idea to put the clear acrylic down first. I had the brilliant idea 😆 of going back to acragel for a set and boy did I have a time with the firm moving underneath. I started with overlays and used it which my natural nail gave a good base for but then moved onto gel. Anyway what I thought was going to be easier wasn’t just like every other time I’ve tried an easy girl method which have always backfired on me 😫. You live and learn and I’m pretty new considering so always learning still.
I love you work kirsty. You was my inspiration to learn to do nails 💅.Sadly my health did not let me show myself as a nails technician.(the smell and stuff.. ) But absolutely love it ❤.
