Ohhh!!!! I love them both but I think the newer version is my fav. The fabric on both is fabulous. You just make me laugh with some of your comments. So funny. Love your videos. Take care ❤️
Love your judgey Lauren looking at the crooked nameplate 😂 I appreciate you making another video of this bag! I'm about to tackle it for the first time and was getting a little nervous from all the bad reviews on iThinkSew
Ahhhhhhh Lauren!!!! Thank you Soo much!!! I tried this about 1.5 years ago and it didn't go well so I gave up!!! Love that you made this!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😁😁😁😁
You could still add elastic! You basically made a tube with your binding on the top, and since knits don’t fray, you can put a small slit in the back side, feed some elastic into the tube and then sew down each edge. Just a thought :)
Your previous video was super helpful in making my first one. I think it's about I make another. My previous one is made from Mary Poppins style tapestry.
I did get lost in how you figured out the gusset; could you tell de measure over here please(just the gusset of course)? I do want to give this pattern a try TIA😊
Fantastic tutorial, beautiful backpack, I love watching your ideas come to light, you are so creative and talented. I took my son at 5 weeks old from the uk to Florida, but 27 years ago there was not the limits on luggage as there is today xxxx
Love your backpack! I’m making a bag for myself (different pattern & style) and it does not have any drink holders on the outside so I decided to add them. While researching on how to make a drink pocket I found your video. It has given me inspiration. I was wondering, Do you like how deep you made your drink pockets? And do you wish you would have used fold over elastic at the top of the pocket instead? My thoughts are by using fold over elastic at the top and not making the pocket as large the pocket would stretch a little to accommodate various sizes of bottles of plus it would secure tightly around any bottle size. Would love your feedback. Again, great video & Thanks
Great bag! Was so hoping you would use your cylinder arm for the binding - but also great to see binding on a flat bed. Do you ever use a stiletto? I’m trying to practice binding with a stiletto.
I’m still not good at using the cylinder arm. My layers always shift. I don’t use a stiletto but I imagine it could help! I just use my hands and clips
Hi Lauren, are you still using your Tech Sew 4800 a lot? Do you think it could ever replace your Juki flatbed considering the 4800 already has the flatbed attachment included? I'm considering trading in my flatbed for the Tech Sew 4800 ...find I could do with a cylinder arm to repair sleeves when needed....hope this wouldn't be a mistake on my part. What do you think?
Such an awesome bag and AMAZING tutorial!!! I missed what you interfaced your cotton lycra with? Also do you remember where you got the lycra from? It is super adorable!
I don't mind, but if you care, there's a little language #@&& at around 1:17 I think. My hearing is not perfect so I may be wrong. Love all your tutorials as always!

I think it is the most awesome fabric I have ever seen. Love it
Beautiful bag! I loved the background photobombs, but was waiting to see Ben also!!
Fantastic tutorial!!! That is an amazing bag. Those Mesh pockets are just perfect. I love that it is a full size backpack.
I love it! Love the fabric you used also.

I’m listening to the video as I sew 100’s of flags. I can’t wait to see for myself later today.

I enjoy watching you sew, you make it look effortless. Where do you get all of the darling printed vinyl fabrics, they are so fun and colorful?
Some of them I design. This was on purchased from a destash on Facebook

What interfacing did you use?
I’m going to make one, I’m going to use decovil heavy 526 I hope it works out ok 😅
Decovil heavy would be a Lotttttt for this bag
@@LaurenMormino Thank you for getting back to me🙂
I guess I should get a different interfacing then😉

I bought it from a destash! I just used a woven interfacing!
Hi Lauren, if you were making a first handbag for a 9 year old little girl which pattern would you go for?
Probably the dollie by swoon! It’s so cute and little
Hi Lauren!!! Where did you get the exterior fabric and what is it called? It’s really cute 🥰
I bought it from a destash. So I have no clue who ran it! But it is a Rapunzel print!
I love that print!!!
what kind of foam are you using for the straps?
Just pellon fusible foam
Lindesa das bolsas 👛
Ignore my earlier comment, found it.
