Ultimate, baby. It's called ultimate. Unfortunately this is usually an adjective, but it's used as a noun, by ultimate players. You could also call it ultimate frisbee. A few people object to use of the word frisbee, which is a brand name, and which, by the way, is not used in ultimate. So, some people call it ultimate disc, but that sounds horrible to me and I've played for 3 decades. Discraft is the company that manufactures ultra stars which are the discs used here.
