alright, alright, at the end I fucking died. It reminded me of the time where I was riding my bike and accidentally turned down the wrong street and pulled up to a house that looked like mine. I went up and opened the door (it was unlocked) and went inside. It looked a bit like my house but I was away from my family for 3 weeks so I though they changed everything. So I went into the bathroom and went. Then I heard a door open and I finished and flushed. I opened the door and all I was someone's foot going into the kitchen. So I followed, and as I turned I said "Hey dad, Can you make me some pasta?" As I turned I saw a woman standing there with a child (about 8) and we stared at each other for a few seconds before I booked out the door, got on my bike, and rode home.
The exact same thing happened to me. Except I was in college, and I walked into the wrong dorm at 1 AM. I remember thinking my roommate had rented my bed out when I pulled the cover and found someone sleeping on my bed. He woke up and we just stared at each other for 20 seconds until it dawned on me. That feeling as you bolt the door is quite unique.
I went to college for a year, hated it, joined the Army. Didn't go back home for 4 years after I left school, in that time I put on 30 pounds of muscle, complexion cleared up, and started riding a motorcycle. Went home kinda sorta hoping to nail an old crush or two. I get there, and literally EVERY GIRL who was remotely attractive in high school was either a whale, a druggie, or married. -_-
