Also, the NJ name has a greater impact than their individual name. Imaging seeing the CK ad and you see their individual name or NJ. Which name are you more inclined to stick out at you. What worries me most is where are all the adults around? How does no one advise you to stop doing stupid things? How blind can their parents be that they don't see the problems they get into? None of these people have had a contract in their life?
The incompetent lawfirm is also watching this train wreck rubbing their hands together waiting for their huge payout that in all likelihood will never come?
in korea it´s all about having the backing of the gp just look at that precedent who was imprisoned because people was having a riot. he might deserve it but still gp gain up on you and will stop buying you gods and everyone will follow suit and then stock prices will fall and your business is no more. so if those girls seem like the innocent red riding hood fighting for the big bad wolf (hybe) than people is most likely to believe in them. because if they are willing to loose all they have than it must be true right?. that's the game they are playing but more and more people is opening their eyes and i believe hybe and ador has lots of evidence piling up for the grand finale. just like mhj made a mistake by sharing her contract with a third party nj must have done something similar so i think hybe has a smoking gun waiting
@@Cat-Tiger-Taegi-Cult The lawfirm is paid for by Min - meaning her interest are prioritized over the girls. Adults? Who is there? Min is the problem. She told them HYBE refused to deal with them/sees them as lesser. What is happening now is interesting as they now have contact wit HYBE for the first time. Hopefully they are actually listening.
The adults have always been there, they're the reason this whole mess started. People always want to point the finger at MHJ, but Hybe and Ador are also part of the problem. They're the adults that failed the girls. They're supposed to be the ones looking after them and managing them, it's their job, and they failed at it. Everyone always says the members acted in a bad way, where were the adults that stopped them and talked to them? After MHJ left the company the members said they weren't happy and openly shared how they felt, why didn't anyone help them? Why didn't they sit down with them and go "we're sorry you feel this way, what can we do to make it better? How can we help you, manage you better" things like that. Instead they focused on their bitter feud with MHJ. Stop putting the blame on the girls, this is the company's fault. You cannot put the blame on HYBE because Ador was run independently by MHJ (in that infamous press cons, MHJ arrogantly said how she did things without consulting HYBE CEO Mr. Park Jiwon). And you cannot put the blame on the new CEO who took over after MHJ resigned, taking NJ members with her.
Seriously, I don't get why brands don't just drop them. I wouldn't want them as my ambassador or taint my brand. But obviously people still think they are great marketing material. It's plain disgusting.
I feel the same. There's usually a clause about maintaining a good public image in these sorts of contracts, and I'd say it's reasonable for brands to end their contracts based on that. I can only imagine brands are worried about backlash and just waiting a while longer to see how things play out in court.
It's possible that some have We wouldn't know about them though because those deals would just cease to exist Regardless though, these companies care about money and will go where they think they can make the most of it
Someone would have to pay for damages if brands just drop them, it will depend on what's written in their contract (Ador and the brands). And Ador may be the ones paying for damages if brands drops NJs
Its odd that they kept saying Ador/Hybe doesn't care about music and only money but all of their actions since "leaving" haven't been about music either. Ador filed an injection specifically targeting the members trying to talk to brand directly because thats all they have been doing the last few months. Its just annoying that they try to put themselves above Ador but do the exact same things they were critizing the company for.
All they have to do is pay, break the contract and leave and then focus on rebuilding their career but they are the ones dragging this situation because they don't want to pay
One thing to know about brand deals is that everything is done by contract. There are usually clauses that allow a Brand to end a deal but it is usually dependent on misconduct by the artists. So advertisers need to wait until Old Jeans does enough negative stuff for that clause to kick in. Every time the brats breach their contract with ADOR or news comes out about the lies and media play they are involved in it makes them look bad to the general public ( anyone not a crazed bunny). It adds to a case for Brands to cancel their deals with Old Jeans. It’s sad but at this point everything they're doing is just another hole in their sinking ship.
EVERYTHING they're doing ever since this case came to light is negative enough canceling and going to "independent" schedules with Ador's concent their "jeanzforfree" instagram accounts and its updates the lies spreading through the media to defame Ador's image ALL THESE are concret proof enough to Ador, Source Music and all companies harmed by MHJ and their cryin' babies to sue them and win on court
The brands have already signed the contracts Ador and NewJeans awhile ago brands can stop working with the members due to controversy but if the brand feels that they are still gaining from the NewJeans members why would they stop it? The current active brands can care less they have already done what is needed to keep their ambassadors legally
They (brands) would be the ones breaching contract if the cancel the adds. The risk of penalties, damaging a business relationship with ador (hybe) is much greater than moving on as planned. If anything it shows the brands are not risking anything for the bratz
@@bqanto if the scandal can be easily proven it's easy. @anechuu Are you kidding? 😂Those who work in that environment already know that the contracts are valid, even the girls and MHJ know it. Even just people who work in any type of company. Only the ignorant masses have doubts. Don't be fooled by the lawyers who said otherwise, they were either paid to say it or they were looking for visibility and views
@@bqanto Where have I stated the contract is not valid. Only mentioned that brands and agencies have kept their end, only adapting to not using the group's name to avoid backlash in a reply for your comments stating that brands have canceled contracts for an idol smoking. We all know contract is valid (if it wasn't these add contracts would have been voided), but again, my point is the brands would not risk using this controversy as a reason for canceling the adds contracts. They simply don’t want themselves to act fool in front of brands, so these brands think that even if they are in a “fight” with hybe/ador, they “respect” brands. But in fact they just want some brand deals to think they are serious about ambassadoring, so they have good reputation in front of others to make deals with others too. Nj doesn’t want to leave these expensive brands and attention for them. So they’re taking chances as much as possible. Cuz think yourself, if they reject these deals no company will contact them and it’s bad for nj and their future careers.
The brand deals are through Ador/HYBE, no brand would go against HYBE as they may lose access to some of the biggest names and Ambassadorship deals, like the BTS members, then in USA HYBE Justin Bieber, Arianna Grande, Selena Gomez.. just to name a couple.

We only care about the legality of this situation. Ready for it to be done and people can go their merry way (or not - who knows). Whatever the reason they got for not using the group name newjeans honestly is irrelevant at this point. I was on Facebook legit telling someone that I can’t wait for the day all this is finally done and over with legally - and at this point idc if they win or not as I just want the courts to finally decide on the contract validity - and they creeped on my profile, called out the name of my high school and the fact I’m a fan of BTS…. It’s like “are you okay???”. Their excuse is I AM part of a cult… lmao people are fucking creepy and weird. Oh then went on to actually accuse me of “lashing out at groups”… I have never and would never do that. I may not care what happens to newjeans as a group but I don’t ever wish actual harm towards them.. that’s taking shit too far. It ain’t THAT serious. Anyways, besides creepy people taking simple things too far - it’s amusing seeing people make up whole scenarios and narratives that align with their thoughts on the situation. Ya know, despite actual evidence not looking so great.
I find it funny to watch the five of them and their toxic fans still trying to justify everything they do and put it in the best light, but honestly, they are in the process of destroying their careers and they are doing it entirely themselves and nobody wants to work with them anymore because they will all be afraid that they will pull the same shit with them that they are doing at the moment and because nobody wants a bad reputation and they should realise that now. All they are still doing are the things that have already been sorted out before, the deals that were made with/under Ador, those are not their own. And the fact that they got caught trying to close the deals without Ador but didn't manage it because the brand contacted Ador says a lot about their standing in the public eye and trustworthiness and for all the bunnies, save yourselves an answer, I/we know that you live in your own world and no, there is no interest in reading your comments or being called a hater or hearing/reading explanations/accusations or anything else from people who behave like little children.😂😂😂😂😂🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
Idk why so many fans think that brand deals can be put together so fast. That stuff takes a lot of planning and prep I thought everyone knew that the things idols groups posted with brand deals have been done weeks/months in advance. I can't wait to see the comments section when Bunnies find out that NewJeans is cooked. There are family members that have come to their senses and can see how this Dumpster fire will end. The leaked CK 2025 campaign photo was leaked by a fan account on Chinese Weibo. It has now been deleted. The photo I believe is genuine. But based on Ador not uploading the behind the scene of this photo shoot, and their announcement of the reason, we are still waiting to see if CK will ever publish the photo and carry on with the campaign. Or whether it has been axed and will never be launched. The typesetting on the photo was sloppy with a missing space between two names, suggesting these were edited in by a fan / fan account / fans. Or at the very least, unofficial. The explanation by the Weibo fan account for its deletion also lay credence to the leak being of actual genuine photo for the campaign that the campaign is on hold currently. Some continue to observe to see if CK will publish this as part of their 2025 campaign. The launch time I believe is around February 2025. If nothing then we know CK has dropped them. If I am the person in charge of CK, I would go through my contract with Ador and have our lawyers meet to see what exist clause can be exercised.
Yeah it verrry unclear what's happening with that. Even at the time when the Light Jeans video was canceled, I was still uncertain what it meant because the content was already filmed and the ads photos are already shot. Would they really just not put it out after all that? And if they are, why would they stop ADOR from posting the behind the scenes footage? Make it make sense
@@CapitalVictimsTypo there in my comment. It should read EXIT CLAUSE not exist 🥸 What brands bought by bringing celebrities into marketing campaigns is influence. The personal brands of these celebrities. In NWJNS’ case the brand “New Jeans”, and the members’ public images. Once this brand and image are tainted, level of positive influence will be negatively affected. A marketing campaign is nothing without positive influence, reputation, and a good branding. Given what Omega has to go through thanks to MHJ’s fans, Dior has pulled all the stops preventing their brand name mentioned along side a member of the group. Now, CK had asked for ADOR to stop the publication of their behind the scene footage which would have been part of the campaign. My own personal conclusion is that given all the above, it is highly unlikely for CK to move forward with this campaign. Which may explain the leak also. It is a way to force a narrative. Why see the need to force this if the campaign is moving ahead? It is likely that Ador had to pay CK or CK withholding payment for failure of delivery as contracted. If so, this would add to the tally of financial losses Ador is suffering as a result of the members actions, and so might add to their penalties. That’s my take 😊

No company would want to fight against HYBE, why? All these brands that they acquired do love them because they are bankable, but you know who's more bankable? BTS! NJ’s biggest contracts are brands that worked alongside Big Hit/HYBE and BTS. If no one noticed, All Member of NJ’s ambassadorship are parallels of BTS (Celine, Chanel, YSL, Calvin Klein and etc) These brands would rather cut ties than lose one of their biggest models. BTS is still more bankable than NJ’s even at hiatus.
Brands should NOT support them... If so, it condones one should NOT honor contracts and dissed who made you successful... instead of resolving matters...
Think of it this way: if brands cancel, they would need to pay penalties. The bratz are not that important for those brands to go thru the hassle of penalties, damaging business relationship with the agency (and all other agencies under Hybe). So they are making the most of it under the circumstances: getting money, getting money to the agency. The narrative won't matter when real life legal stuff slaps them in the face.
NewJeans new Instagram story looks like a studio and they are posting that clover again which is how they would tease their upcoming album that got cancelled last year
bunnies have the same experience with the legal side of big business. the girls get high from the fans blindly supporting them, making them feel and think they are justified. Something I see is the dunning Krueger effect when it comes to business law, or any law, is that legal terms have definition different than how we use them in everyday life, but people who arent trained lawyers nor have other legal experience think the terms mean the same thing as how they use it. @randomuser-nt9if I don't know what can be legally done. I assume that once the courts confirm contract validy this breach will simply add to their penalties. There is no suit yet (not from Ad0r), only injunctions: One to confirm contract is still legal (which it is), the other one to prevent them signing on their own. Once a judge delivers a veredict, then all the penalties and damages will be assesed and quantified. Those girls don't stand a chance. With the brands, I don't know the contract specifics. I just think that brands and agencies walk a fine line preventing damaging their working relationships, so it doesn't impact future contracts. I don't think brands are mentally ill. They are adapting to the situation, brands cannot cancel their add contracts just because. Brands still make money, they are still working with the agency, and they avoid the backlash from fans if they use the group's name

I'm sorry please bear with me i'm confused. does NJ terminating their contract with ADOR means ALSO terminating all advertising deals with brands that was through ADOR? For example CELENE with danniel? or is it the other way around where NJ legally has to full fill advertising contrats to the end no matter the validity with their contract with ADOR?
Terminating their contract with ADOR would terminate these deals. It's kind of like quitting your job, but then showing up to work the next day. You didn't actually quit. Now, you can put in a 2 week notice and say I'm done after a certain date. NewJeans didn't actually do that. They said their contract were terminated as of midnight at their press conference... You can't do contracted work on a terminated contract. Nothing they said made sense lmao NewJeans could file an injunction to suspend their activities. Then they wouldn't have to do these scheduled. They're legally obligated to do them bow though because the contract is still valid
Not that I know of. NewJeans said they found out about the lawsuit "through the media" and picked a law firm. My guess is the remaining members will be served through their lawyers (if that's a thing in Sourh Korea), and the process can finally begin. We know that there will at least be some progress because Haerin was formally served, so all that's left is to wait.
Like ik they as a group is new jeans but when signing a contract you still put your legal name down, you as an individual are an artist under a company so even without using the NJ names I’m pretty sure it’s still probably a violation of contract.

The members don't get any say in these ads, it's decided between the label and CK. There is no choice by the girls, they have no power in anything right now without beaching anything.
I wouldn't use neither their name nor the band name.
I wouldn't want my good company name anywhere near this messy Drama.
But hey, obviously CK thinks those girls are amazing marketing Material!
Which makes me fear, they really will get out of this unscathed...
@lexybaginsky CK already paid, produced and scheduled the ad campaign months ago. It's not a stretch to think they'd rather go forward with this than to try and work out a last minute replacement out of their own pocket.
As for avoiding the NJ name, simply trying to stay neutral in the upcoming fight and/or avoid drama from toxic fans.

The lawfirm is paid for by Min - meaning her interest are prioritized over the girls.
Adults?
Who is there?
Min is the problem.
Their parents have no idea how everything works besides what Min told them while making sure that they do not get other contact in the industry that contradict her takes.
If a child runs away from home, you don't ask "where were the adults" you ask "what were the adults doing wrong". There's a reason some kids act that way and it's cause of what's around them.
@@josh1212121 "People always want to point the finger at MHJ, but Hybe and Ador are also part of the problem" - have you forgotten that MHJ was the CEO of Ador up till August 2024. And she was still a Director in charge of NJ's activities up till November 2024. So... she was supposed to look after NJ and she failed them.
Well, the CK ad was leaked and not officially released so there's a chance they won't officially release the ad
It's possible that some have
We wouldn't know about them though because those deals would just cease to exist
Regardless though, these companies care about money and will go where they think they can make the most of it
Someone would have to pay for damages if brands just drop them, it will depend on what's written in their contract (Ador and the brands). And Ador may be the ones paying for damages if brands drops NJs
@ijeomachijionwu4247 i'd be sorry for Adore but feel that would help them in their lawsuit. Maybe Adore could sue them to pay those damages back too.
MHJ is behind all what they’ve been doing.

EVERYTHING they're doing ever since this case came to light is negative enough
canceling and going to "independent" schedules with Ador's concent
their "jeanzforfree" instagram accounts and its updates
the lies spreading through the media to defame Ador's image
ALL THESE are concret proof enough to Ador, Source Music and all companies harmed by MHJ and their cryin' babies to sue them and win on court
its ex DEMOTED CEO of ADOR, she is "DEMOTED".... need to emphasize that part.
@@anechuu It depends on the terms of the contract. There have been branding contracts that have been terminated because the idol was caught smoking.
@@bqanto if the scandal can be easily proven it's easy. I this situation ador introduced an injunction to see whether contract is valid or not (brands would not take the risk when group's own agency is resourcing to the court). I really think the brands don't want the complications that could derive from canceling it.
That is not the case here, controversy and all, brands would not risk canceling and breaching (even less so when there is an injunction and a ruling pending- that will confirm validity). We all know contract is valid (if it wasn't these add contracts would have been voided), but again, my point is the brands would not risk using this controversy as a reason for canceling the adds contracts. Have a good one
They lost their good reputation a long time ago.
The brand deals are through Ador/HYBE, no brand would go against HYBE as they may lose access to some of the biggest names and Ambassadorship deals, like the BTS members, then in USA HYBE Justin Bieber, Arianna Grande, Selena Gomez.. just to name a couple.
Someone said that the CK pictures are real but the list of the girls names on the pictures are photoshopped. The official CK social Media has not post this yet so I think it was a leak
Yes it was a leak. I saw that the names may be photoshop but I do think the ad is real. We know they filmed the campaign because ADOR has the behind the scenes footage so the photos are definitely legit
I don’t believe it is photoshopped but can’t know for sure unless it releases soon the same person leaked their last one and it was very real so they have some sense of credibility
I don’t think it is maybe it will release soon
There are a lot of grammer errors I believe it's photoshoped
Well the girls did this to themselves. They need to stop being a bunch of bratz, pay the fees (which is a lot of $$) and break the so hated contract. I mean if they dislike Adore and Hybe so much they can go ahead and leave.
Self-sabotage is definitely the most embarrassing!
It is amusing seeing bunnies and the bandwagon fans view this as a victory.. and even more amusing that they all think we are actually mad..😂 shit will really hit the fan (or not, cuz sk courts apparently aren’t very trustworthy imho) when all this finally gets talked about LEGALLY.
It’s honestly so naive to think NWJNs is the one planning and managing these things just cuz the “left” a month ago
The photo is genuine, the wording with the girls' names are not. There are tons of editing errors that a company who knows their way around advertising like CK, would NEVER make.

It should read EXIT CLAUSE not exist 🥸
What brands bought by bringing celebrities into marketing campaigns is influence.

If no one noticed, All
Member of NJ’s ambassadorship are parallels of BTS (Celine, Chanel, YSL, Calvin Klein and etc) These brands would rather cut ties than lose one of their biggest models.
The narrative won't matter when real life legal stuff slaps them in the face.

bunnies have the same experience with the legal side of big business. the girls get high from the fans blindly supporting them, making them feel and think they are justified. The brands have a signed contract with the agency. Moving ahead adapting to the situation is the best way to avoid penalties and damages to the biz relationship with hybe. The brand and the agency still getting their money. Not using the group's name eliminates backlash from fans (making the add more successful, under the circumstances). Feeds the bratz narrative?

Nothing they said made sense lmao
NewJeans could file an injunction to suspend their activities. Then they wouldn't have to do these scheduled. They're legally obligated to do them bow though because the contract is still valid
Is there any news regarding the delivery of documents and lawsuits?
Not that I know of. NewJeans said they found out about the lawsuit "through the media" and picked a law firm. My guess is the remaining members will be served through their lawyers (if that's a thing in Sourh Korea), and the process can finally begin.
We know that there will at least be some progress because Haerin was formally served, so all that's left is to wait.
