Great idea and execution
Great project!! You really made me a nervous wreck with that cup of coffee sitting there and your hands were flying all around and I was so scared you were going to knock it over !!! Thanks for sharing...
Love it!!! Great job on the reverse canvas!
A fun project, but I have never seen canvases that are white on both sides like this one is. I like it. :)
Love this and you've given me some ideas for class I am going to teach in a few weeks. BTW, I love this angle...so much easier to see what you're doing in this video ! Good job, Sarah !
Love this and all your videos have learned a great deal from you-thank you -hugs
Another wonderful video 😊 I love your videos thanks for sharing and making them.
HI! YOUR AMAZING AT WHAT YOU DO! LOVE IT!
4 yrs you posted this, just found it!
Awesome! Yea this is from waaayyy back! 🥰
Hi, great job for your first time creating it. I made some reverse canvases over the weekend. I did the transfers on the blank cut out canvas, let dry and then stapled to the back of the frame. I kept messing up when doing the transfers to the canvas after I stapled to the frame 😞. Again great job😄
Gail Banks I was a little worried about messing up when I stapled it.. LOL
i am guesing since it wont be washed you could possibly use the regular chalk colors as well?
Yes!
oh yes the copper is very pretty, wow that looks beautiful, I love it, so you can use heat tool to dry your ink projects right ?
Alma Casiano ink needs to be ironed or baked
What brand & color did you use to stain the frame? Also, what wax? I love this!!!
I usually use minwax, dark walnut stain.
Also, do you sand it? Thank you!!!🥰
Nice! What kind of craft mat do you use?
GO Pack Go!
Hi I just ordered my chalk couture kid and I would like to do these videos to how do you position your camera?
I love love this. ♥️♥️♥️♥️
Are the silk screen transfers reusable or one-time use?
diary of a stitcher all reusable!!! We wash and reuse them.
💕
Where did you purchase that particular canvas?
Michaels
What brand staple gun is that?
What kind of stencil is that?
angelwine2 this is a special silk screen transfer (like a stencil) created by Chalk Couture, check out more here: facebook.com/creativesarahpg
Sarah Paige-Gruber {Creative Sarah} I really love that stencil and the color you used. I have looked on the their website and can’t find that one.
I would recommend a rotary cutter for easier and straight cutting 😊
Shannon Faith That would work, mine is just huge and would be easily accessible in a live.
What brand of canvas did you use??
The inexpensive brand from Michaels
Weird..I bought the brand Artist Loft (From Michaels)..they have staples in the corners. :( *Sniffle
@@meredithlynn76 honestly, they were different each time I bought them. I usually buy the 10 pack.
Ok..at least it wasn't me losing my mind. Lol..back to the drawing board.
I find it easier to cut the canvas with an exacto knife in four long strips. Cut to the right of the staples in one long line, then pull away the canvas. Then you would just pull away the remaining canvas away for the staples. I believe it is much faster this way.
I started out using the exacto knife now I have actually done it several ways...always testing out new stuff!
Great video! I am new to Chalk Couture so I'm sure I'll be learning a whole lot of new things soon!
🖤💚🦅
Washi tape, good tip.
