I bought this model a month ago. I just checked all angles and center of gravity, and it does fly well. Loud, not good without elevator, but after 10mins of training its very much fun.
I have this plane and I learned how to fly it. I lost the front landing gear quickly but it was too light in the nose to begin with. I peeled the rubber nose off which has no glue and put 3 BB's in the tip, then put the rubber nose back on. BB's can easily be removed if needed. It flies like a champ. I left the rear landing gear as you should have because it weighs almost nothing and protects the propellers. I am confident adding a new front landing wheel to my plane would not make it too nose heavy as it still points upward at part throttle. Happy flying!
despite all the times it failed to tke off... this review was really helpful because i now have that exact same plane and i hasnt broke yet after 15 flights! thanks for these reviews on rc planes because when i need to know if an rc plane is good i always count on you! :D
Great honest review. Glad to see I'm not the only one crashing this thing and running around more than flying. This is very hard to figure out and control. The nose broke off long ago and I had to put it back together but now that I have crashed it 30 X's I think I got the hang of it :) Not something for a beginner because it would turn someone that is trying to get into the hobby away and deter them. Very hard to control due to its limited capabilities.
@@udulabro4063 you're not an idiot but it does take practice. Drones are harder to fly because they have no real front or side so it's easy to lose track of orientation. Planes are much easier to learn to fly in my opinion, but I would suggest going with a larger slower plane. Something cheap still, but that will have an easy self correcting nature. So maybe something that has the wings on top of the plane, or a motor glider with swept up wings that will help you be relaxed as you learn to fly. Models titled "trainer" can be a good place to start. Having 4 channel controls for thrust, elevator, rudder, ailerons would be good as it will teach you how to use each one. But you can get by with 3 channels.
I had a similar plane from a company called airhoggs. If you take a RTV plastic application tip and screw it into the tip of the aircraft, you can strip bits off the tip and trim it. I had mine trimmed perfectly so it would gently climb instead of the dreaded porpoise. It had many flights til the motors burned up.
seems =seems you've got your note key spent. can you find your register? y and h are are in betweeen. do you use a slavic keyboard? or an english one? (alien keys if yes or no on copy paste)
I like the simplicity of the body and the controls. I’m looking to buy a first plane for an 8 year old but the conclusion of your video steering me away - any recommendations??
Hahah this looks fun for kids. There birthdays are coming soon and I think this will be suitable for small children. The fact they made of foam will be helpful alot to prevent breaking and yes plenty of calorie burning for me when supervising them. Good value too.
Not for kids I would say my friend got one he's 57 years old his plane took off on him landed 2 blocks over from where he was flying it !But he didn't think he was going to find ever because he couldn't control it! The plane wouldn't listen to the controller!😅
What would be a good brand to start, that has similarly sized RC fighter jets but that are better to fly? I’m looking into buying a RC Airplane and turning it into a hobby (no experience yet). Thanks in advance!
You had some sweet saves in there that ended up being nail-biter fly-bys. Fun! Personally, I've never warmed up to any of those little 2-channel airplanes. I had a couple once thinking they would be good to learn on. NOT! They are TRICKY!! I'd much rather fly a 4-channel plane any day!
Hey i have the same plane. I mine keeps nose diving on take off. Im about to send it back. Its brand new out of the box. Fully charged. Im not sure what im doing wrong
Have you checked that the elevator is level when you put it on a flat surface when it is switched on? Check the battery is in the correct position and that it balances correctly? Otherwise the manual may refer to a way to reset the stabilisation system although sorry I don't remember if this has one of those.
All you need to do is bend the wings up slightly and you can fly it almost in place and if your skilled enough you can fly inverted I have myself fun plane
☺😊😀😁😂5 Smile's Are the joy of a medium breeze and light weight toys done two choppers like that 😬especially the last which survived but I thought I may get it out the tree by spinning the four rotor and blow one up and looks as if it damage the program as it works a bit funny when running the controls Oboy.
Man this thing is generic. My son got one from his grandpa for Xmas. I struggled with the wheels and was only able to get one on(I assumed they HAD to be on.) You have to use so much force to get them in that it feels like either the plane or wheel will break. No wonder when googling how to install you just find pages selling replacements.
Good evening, sir. This is a 2 channel Chinese paper falls for almost all of the fans on the UA-cam channel! Very, very ill-conceived model! There is no Elevator and direction-that's all the trouble!
WOW THAT THING SUCKS! Good pilot poor machine. Can you imagine a rookie trying to figure this out. Thanks for the review I may have been conned into this thing.
Well....there's always one lemon for every few good models. I won't go near anything that doesn't have an elevator in future. Cheers Dom (Essential RC)
I dont know who this is aimed at, ? If Banggood would like to send me one to evaluate, id be more than happy, Mini Surfer and sky Surfer 1480 X8 are the Dogs, send them when all day. Ps Thanks for posting i,ll give this a miss, if a very experienced flyer finds it hard to launch a plane on its maiden fligh tus hobbie flyers got no chance, Banggood prove me wrong.

In real life, this little machine is louder than it is in the video. Especially when it whizzes past your head, it ain't a quiet plane.
It's not that loud dude its a toy and it's not nearly as loud as a drone
I love your videos Rob Halford!

For a little pocket to have fun it is OK. Thx for this video 👍🏻

Wheels broke and on and off button broke but it still works
got one for my bday and my first flight had no issues on first try and never few a RC plane. Nose does need a little weight but I had fun with it
I was impressed till the launch lol....looks fun though once it is up....10/10 for your persistence though....👍
Me at first sight: THIS LOOKS SOOO FREAKIN AWESOME!!!!!!
Me: reads comments: ...
Me: realises that I've no idea about anything related to Rd planes
I have that one to
i found it easier to fly mid air when you kill the throttle completely, and only use the turning mechanism to fly
I like that. Thanks for the advice.
Plz tell the range of transmitter and remote control. Mean ho much the range of remote control.
Further than you could see it.
I love landing gear for take off and that perfect landing.

Definitely not for a beginner. A Cessna from WLtoys would be great for a kid though.
You make a nice video
I wonder if you can invert the y axis?
Bonjour avez vous un lien pour acheter des hélices de rechange merci

Damn, I thought that was Rob Halford for a second. :)

Very realistic video. It gave me a stomach ache from laughing so hard, thx!

That's amazing flight skills for something that flies sloppy.

It sucks.. to be honest the a100 su27 with rudder control way better I have one.. why don't they make the f22 with rudder control??

Designed to fly at high speed and long distance e.g. from Ukraine to Russia.

What a load of rubbish, just stick on the self and forget it. By the sound of it the two motor are poor match, both giving out different thrusts,
