    Thanks from the bottom of the heart Mam ,, usually I do Yoga exercise ,I wake up at five but since 4 days due to bad weather and heavy rainfall , I start waking up at 7 and miss my yoga exercise , while watching your video , this morning I get motivated again to remove these bad habits and laziness .My heart sings a grateful song for you shikha Mam for inspiring millions of viewers across the world how to keep up with exercise regularly even on bad weathers .       @@drshikhaMam, one more question. It's absolutely so much helpful to do workout but for getting better results, we decide to go gym or doing workout more hardly. Till it's being a habit, we can't take so easy and it remains hard to us . How can we solve this problem.
