I think players can go 2 ways after maybe 50 hours in the game, they either continue to get better at the game and either quit eventually or become pro, or they become a cheater and get destroyed by pro gamers like yourself.
Man my friend and I had to fight a two man brig and these guys were actually cheating. We both died the same time within 0.5 secs without hearing or seeing shots.
Someone needs to create a hack to fool the cheaters. Boarding an enemy ship should automatically cause the cheater to start doing no damage to the enemies and any damage they try to do does damage to themselves as well as putting random damage to their own ship. It should also cause auto repair to become auto scuttle.

The number one rule of combat is to fight on your terms, not theirs. You want to create your own advantages. On top of that, victory varies depending on how you define it. To the one running, victory may be in escaping the attacker or victory may be in leading the attacker on a wild goose chase. My original comment has absolutely nothing to do with runners.

I think they play sea of thieves, get killed by a cheater crew, and think wow if they are doing then I can get away with hacking too. Then they download cheats and the cycle repeats.
it'd be funny if when your about to post the video you could edit your head to be the loading wheel when loading into the battle and have a little spinning theb head in the bottom right hand corner

As an OCE player, i avoid OCE servers whenever Theb is streaming because everytime he does, matchmaking is riddled with hackers
