Been using this place since January 2000, including it's name change to the Manila Bay Cafe in about 2015ish? Then back to its original name of LA Cafe within 2-3 years. Last there in June 2023. Great hangout man!

How much the price of the freelancers over there?
Ranges from 2000-5000 pesos I wouldn’t pay no more than 3000 pesos tho they try to get vulnerable horny foreigners that’s willing to spend whatever on them try to negotiate because more times then not they will end up going home most nights with nothing so something is better than nothing hope this helps 😎💯
It’s the best bar which has plenty of freelancers compared to others. Indeed, negotiating should be there, and don’t pay more than 5,000 PHP, and it might be less than 2,000 PHP if they desire you. Therefore, 3,000 PHP will be fair enough for a long time until the next day. I heard it will be crowded at the weekend rather than on weekdays which seems some of them have day jobs and want to earn extra on the weekend.
@@TheUrbanForeigner absolutely true. if some chick approaches you and says 5000, politely say 'no thanks, mahal gid'. Take another minute, scan the room, and there will be some other pretty one who will catch your eye. I recall being at the circular bar and some too fat chick was giving me a back and arm massage which kept the other girls away--I gave her a few hundred pesos, said thank you-- and as soon as she fucked off a girl against the wall came up to me, smiling away and insinuated herself into my presence. Fun place.
