This video looks and feels like it's from the early '90's 😒
Copper Kidd nothing wrong with a little bit of 90s
I think the most important thing is to drive them all and compare how they feel to you. They are all good cars and should be reliable as well. You can dp some research online to determine the actual reliability. Of course the Altima is a different type of car from the Chevy, Dodge and Ford. Take a test drive and then you'll be able to decide for yourself. Drivinn' Ivan
Awesome review. And thanks for showing the interior at night... Been wanting to see that!
Awesome car and great review. I love the sound of the 5.7L Hemi V8.
Got an 09 R/T, too. Awesome, fun ride. And the looks you get? Priceless. All my buddies drool when I cruise by.
Drivin' Ivan rules
But in all seriousness...if you are going to get a V6 and still try to have a little fun. I would recommend the Mustang. If you are gonna get a Challenger for kicks get a V8. Drive it and see why, lol
I love my 2010 plum crazy srt8 so much I've put a deposit in on a 2013 plum crazy. Newly announced colour for this year. I can't wait to drive the updated cruiser.
It's really just a personal preference. The way it feels in the hand is a bit quirky to me. I know why they did it for design's sake, but I'd prefer something more ergonomically modern. That said, the Challenger was a pleasure to drive, especially around the Bay area! Drivin' Ivan
I just got my 2010 challenger r/t :D its not as fast as my ls1 fbody but its soooo much more comfortable to drive.
i just we're wanted to check out that how is car working, and it seems like it have everything that is needed for a man and ill buy it ...definitively yes,and great video you did it as i wanted, thanks
I have a 2010 R/T and it's so much fun. By adding a cold air intake, Cervini ram air kit, Magnaflo cat-back exhaust, and BullyDog GT tuner, I'm pushing almost 450hp!
the R/T is about $10,000 cheaper then the SRT, but with $2000 in add on's you can get the power...
410 torque is the correct number
This vdo made me smile all the way : }
What'd you end up going with?
Does the Challenger come with HID headlights?
When it came out I initially discounted the Challenger as too soft and bloated. But with improvements they made and the superior interior and space, it seems like it'd be a great "retro" car to live with. I think the key is to pick just the right color combination.
I love the USA and American musclecars! Greetz from germany :)
I just purchased a 2010 RT. I love this car, it's got good throttle response especially since I live at 5280 ft above sea level. The 6 speed manual is very useful at highway speeds. This car has a twin disc clutch from the factory which makes the pedal feel perfect for a muscle car. I owned a 2007 mustang GT with the 5 speed manual and I dislike the pedal feel and performance of it. The RT reminds me of cruising in a 78 firebird with the manual rock crusher. The body feels wide from the seat.
I love my 2010 Challenger. ; by
Great car! Thanks for watching and please subscribe and share my videos!
mark rice how many miles it got
I love my 2010 so nice got the same one in this video haha
@drivinivankatz you mentioned that you don't enjoy the shifter and you enjoy modern ones more; can you go into a little detail about that and why you don't like/what you think is wrong with it? I really appreciate your answer in advance :D
I have a 2010 6.1 Hemi with the cool air intake and the exhaust(Mopar all the way!)...Bad ass car! This car sounds unique and runs like a monster! Only downfall I have is when I travel to lower altitudes. It chokes hard :( But overall it was something I wanted since I first saw the clay model, and it does not disappoint!
The 2010s were limited to by governor to 140? My 2012 definitely isn't, good thing Dodge got rid of that.
This guys a goober
I have a 2010 R/T and the exhaust system did not sound that deep. I put the Mopar dual pipe exhaust in it and it was better, but again does not sound as deep as this vid. Don't get me wrong, this is a great car, it is just that I was looking for a deeper sound.
I haven't heard that word in years lol
The leg room isn't limited. Unless your used to a mini van, like this guy doing the video.
To all/anyone who will answer: I have an automatic transmission challenger, after recently learning how to drive stick (learned on a 5.0 Mustang), I've wanted to upgrade to the RT plus, I'm new to manual-talk so I don't know if this will make sense, but how is the clutch on the RT's/SRT's? Are they stiff, or does it just take some break in? Anything else you want to include would be appreciated!! Live Long Challenger Brotherhood!
I hear they're a little stiff but not so much that it's going to fatigue your leg. As a new driver to manuals, stiff is a little better, especially with that kind of power. A loose clutch would probably lead to jerky starts fairly often and might make you poop your pants a few times haha. That being said, your comment is 6 years old lol, I'm sure you're shifting as smooth as glass by now. Drive safe!
does it have a backup camera...blind spots..lol
@raulgomez902 the new 3.6l challenger does the 1/4 mile in 14.8 sec way faster than the 250hp model. auto v6 camaro is 14.5.
Why not look for a used challenger with the hemi or a charger you can find em for about that price espcesialy the charger R/T
I got a really urgent question, please answer! My family and I are thinking about renting a challenger for our summer vacation. Do you think that there's enough room in the back for a 6,3ft - 6,4ft tall person to sit comfortably and is there enough space in the boot for 3 trunks(and maybe couple of bags)?
Probably not
If gas wasn't over $4.00 / gallon, this car would be on my shopping list.
THIS CAR IS FUCKING SWEET
0 to 60 5.9 that's wrong more like 5.2 my 2009 charger hits 60 in 5.6 stock with cold air intake
I got rid of my 2010 after 2-3 years. Couldn’t get over the governor…
Once my trucks paid, I'll have one of these,... it'll just be 5 years old.
5.1 0 to 60 is the posted from Dodge
somthing tells me this car woud not have a problem topping 400hp with just a cold air intake and some quality exahaust
you can get a challenger for a better price, i also heard that the challenger has alot more room than the camaro. (sry about the old ass reply im giving you, lol)
word, i felt the same way, i mean dont get me wrong, the camaro and mustang are great cars, very quick.. but, even with an automatic, the challenger wins every time
I thought the car's top speed was 150?
No shit hey..... I dropped my mouth when I heard that because it was right after he said it isn't that fast lol...
This guy is weird I was just looking for how fun the rt is with a 6speed in it. I want kne of these cars but I'm 7'1 and don't fit in many cars. I have a 2010 BMW 750li (best luxury performance car there is) and a big ass lifted for excursion but I'm looking to get a fun standard trans car
i have a problem with people swallowing my luggage.
@raulgomez902 Mustang V6 all the way!
my car dodge i want 1 and hummer i will buy when i move to usa from downunder au and i will be importing my xr6 ba falcon dual fuel right hand drive i will be only person with my aussie car in usa car;nt wait to move from australia
same as the corvette..
No it's doesn't. I bought one today, and it sure as hell does not go 0-60 in 3.1 ..
5.9seconds from Zero - 60?! So why are your times slower than eveyone elses? You also sound like you're reading from a script.
its a muscle car. not a performance. its like comparing a truck to a coupe. its different.
Challengers are consistently third in sales behind mustangs and camaros. I do like the challengers but camaros have a beastly, stalking predator appearance. The high density halo headlights add a lot to that beastly look. Dodge went too retro with the challenger. Many people complain about the lackluster interior. The camaro is the perfect combination of retro with modern touches.
Its third in sales because its the most expensive.........
I;m going to throw a video on youtube of my plum crazy challenger. From someone who knows the market and isnt reading notecards. I hate videos like this.
Even if they are radically different cars 5.9 seconds to 60 is barely faster than accord or Camry V6 from the same year😆. Heavy beast....
Camaros look way better. Challengers look better than mustangs but camaros look better than both of them.
