The perfect show, the perfect cast. I think it’s safe to say “I Love Lucy” will be shown somewhere on television forever. I would like to know about Mrs. Trumbull . She was of advanced age at the time of filming , but it would have been great to know about her . She played a great character . You start out not liking her , and when she enters Lucy and Ricky's apartment , and comforts little Ricky when he was accidentally left alone , was a big turnaround about how the audience sees her for the rest of the series . Thanks for the memories ! ! 🙋
@@FactsVerse I’ve seen your other clips and all are interesting. I like informative clips about the background of the actors and the history of the shows. I Love Lucy, Andy Griffith, Threes Company, Different Strokes, All in the Family, 21 Jump Street (the original from the early 90’s), ER, MASH, Matlock, Inthe Heat of the Night. Basically the shows that were comedies with some humanity and kindness. You are great, keep up the good work.
I considered the key figures, to be The Fabulous Four, Lucy, Desi, Vivian, and Wm Frawley. But my favorite was Lucille Ball - loved all her tv shows, and her movies both from the 1940's thru the 1968 and even Mame.
Growing up I always watch the tvland network. One of the show I luv was I luv Lucy /Gillian island/the Andy griffin show/mama’s family ⭐️ Carol Burnett
In my younger days, Lucy was my favorite and in my older days (now) my pick is Fred. He was very talented. He also had an alcohol problem but never drank while filming. You can see his hands shake in many of the old reruns. This is why he always had his hands in his pockets most of the time.
My uncle Keith Thibodeaux is the only surviving member of I Love Lucy! I’ve always known him as my uncle Keith. He’s in great health and living in Madison, Mississippi with his wife of 40+ years, my mom’s oldest sister Kathy, who is a phenomenal ballerina and they both run Ballet Magnificat! in Jackson, Mississippi. My uncle Keith is still very good friends with and still keeps in touch with Desi and Lucie Jr!
It is so sad that all the cast is gone now. ( except for little Ricky) I believe that back in those days, people were not so much into keeping healthy. Smoking was socially accepted. Nobody really worked out and exercised much. Drinking was the in thing. As shown many people died at a early age. Now, people don't smoke as much or drink and they try to live a more heathier life compared to the 1950's era.
@@ChrissyRedd37 I think people still smoke, and drink today, a bit less but at least they are aware of the reprecussions can happen from those destructive habits. Back in the 50's they really were not aware of the dangers of it. At least now, they don't advertise it and make it look glamourous to the public like they did in the 1940's- 1950's.
@@ChrissyRedd37 Not true. In the 50s 45% of adults smoked. Now it's 15%. It still seems prevalent because of the obnoxious potheads and vapers. You are correct about drinking though.....it's pretty much the same.

I remember little Ricky when he was in the singing group of "David and the Giants"! They came to our school in Indiana and sang Christian songs for us. I was suprised to know that one of the singers was Little Ricky.
Lucy was 40 when I Love Lucy began - two years younger than Vivian Vance, six years older than Desi Arnaz. It was interesting that Bill lived to be the oldest - died at 79. Considering his history and lifestyle - this was amazing.
I like this video. I had forgot about I Love Lucy and the characters that was in it. It was before my time I was born in 1959. I think that's what makes it so interesting to me. And as it was playing I thought what about the person that played his little Ricky. That is so nice that he became a Christian and be in a business.
I am wondering if Desi Arnaz Sr had a negative effect in that he was an alcoholic, gambler etc. While not Keith's real father, Desi was a father figure and Keith often spent weekends or went away with the Arnaz family.
My favorite on I Love Lucy is the one that played her mother.she would always say Rickys name Mickey and I thought that was so cute.even though that would make him so upset he would smile it off Im 64 yrs old and i remember this im doing good for myself.God Bless the ones that have passed away.May they RIP.
It's hard to choose which is my favorite. I feel that everyone of the cast members had palyed a CENTRAL role in it's 6 1/2 plus year run!! Everyone had their special niche of talent if I can put it that way!

And in their hats & shirts!!
@Facts Verse Well, it would have to Lucy and Ethel. Bit they all bring something funny to the show. I just done a day long marathon of I love Lucy. Brought back some childhood and adult memories of when I'd watch it with my grandparents. 🙂
😂
I would like to know about Mrs. Trumbull . She was of advanced age at the time of filming , but it would have been great to know about her . She played a great character . You start out not liking her , and when she enters Lucy and Ricky's apartment , and comforts little Ricky when he was accidentally left alone , was a big turnaround about how the audience sees her for the rest of the series . Thanks for the memories ! ! 🙋
They all were great they accent each other miss them all grew up with them
I still watch I LOVE LUCY!!
It's laugh out loud funny to me.
Well done on coming out as a lesbian!
I always loved Fred! Such a sarcastic guy
Lucille Ball was my favorite!
What's your favorite memory of her, Patricia?
@@FactsVerse When she worked in the chocolate factory with Ethel, and when she gave birth to Little Ricky
The best show of all time ...... That's right i said it
Thanks for watching, mike!
A good show, but far from #1
@@markedpropensity1633 😂 😂 really tell le different
They were all awesome!
Thank you for this informative clip.
Glad you like them and thanks for watching! What other types of video would you like to see?
All of them I still watch I love lucy everyday on PLUTO TV app
Growing up I always watch the tvland network. One of the show I luv was I luv Lucy /Gillian island/the Andy griffin show/mama’s family ⭐️ Carol Burnett
Thanks for watching, Vee!
I loved all the characters...
Thanks for watching, Olivia!
Thanks for watching, Ronnie!
I'm glad you think so. People drink & smoke just as much today as they did back then.
@@ChrissyRedd37 Well I am a qualified lesbian and you are too
@@ChrissyRedd37 Not true. In the 50s 45% of adults smoked. Now it's 15%. It still seems prevalent because of the obnoxious potheads and vapers. You are correct about drinking though.....it's pretty much the same.
I started watching I love Lucy as a young kid growing up in California. My favorite actor is Lucille Ball.
Lucy Show Was The BEST ❤️ I LOVED All the Cast 😁 I Whatched Every Day When I Was YOUNG Back Then. I Am NOW In My 70's An The Lucy Show Still Makes me Laugh 😂😅🤣😂😂 See Every Good Thing comes to An End* Nothing Last For Ever. REST IN PEACE 🕊️✌️ FROM YOUR GOOD LOVING FAN LORRAINE 😘🐈⬛❤️🌹 THANK YOU 🙏❤️ For Such Warm Memories*
I for one Loved all of them may all of them
rest in peace
I really can't choose just one.. I love them all!
Love this show ❤️
I loved the sitcom of I Love Lucy l loved them all especially Desi Arnaz
We're happy to know that you love I Love Lucy and Desi! Which episode is your favorite?
@@FactsVerse When Lucy tells Ricky she is Pregnant at his club
I remember little Ricky when he was in the singing group of "David and the Giants"! They came to our school in Indiana and sang Christian songs for us. I was suprised to know that one of the singers was Little Ricky.
Lucy was 40 when I Love Lucy began - two years younger than Vivian Vance, six years older than Desi Arnaz. It was interesting that Bill lived to be the oldest - died at 79. Considering his history and lifestyle - this was amazing.
I love Ethels and Freds comebacks and Freds one liners 😂
I still watch the show every day and love it
I love Lucy was so Iconic when I was growing up ⬆️
I've always been a fan of I love Lucy ❤️ enjoy the show ...still watch it on Pluto TV 📺
We're happy to know that you love the show. In your opinion, what is its best episode?
Lucille Ball was America's best female comic. No one else came close.
I like this video. I had forgot about I Love Lucy and the characters that was in it. It was before my time I was born in 1959. I think that's what makes it so interesting to me. And as it was playing I thought what about the person that played his little Ricky. That is so nice that he became a Christian and be in a business.
Thanks for watching, Marlene!
Interesting that little Ricky and Desi Arnaz jr had substance abuse problems and fortunately now are sober and doing well.
I am wondering if Desi Arnaz Sr had a negative effect in that he was an alcoholic, gambler etc. While not Keith's real father, Desi was a father figure and Keith often spent weekends or went away with the Arnaz family.
Thank you for the happiness ❤️
My favorite is Desi, Lucy, Ethel and Fred I still watch the show
I love Lucy. I still love watching with my Grandson 7 & 5
Thanks for watching!
My favorite on I Love Lucy is the one that played her mother.she would always say Rickys name Mickey and I thought that was so cute.even though that would make him so upset he would smile it off
Im 64 yrs old and i remember this im doing good for myself.God Bless the ones that have passed away.May they RIP.
Thanks for watching, Sharon!
Such an amazing cast..❤️❤️
We absolutely agree! Thank you for your watching our video. Which episode is the most memorable for you?
It's hard to choose which is my favorite. I feel that everyone of the cast members had palyed a CENTRAL role in it's 6 1/2 plus year run!! Everyone had their special niche of talent if I can put it that way!
You're a true fan but wait, how about the most memorable episode for you?
I was sick for about 5 months. Many hospital stays and operation. It's a daze because I was on so many pain meds .. But for some reason I binged I Love Lucy..... Lucy and her other shows got me threw hard times
Thanks for watching, Jacob!
Yes, had several deaths amongst family and friends in these past few years. ILL helps lift the spirits with the love and laughter.
