Sir, I have been offered a post-doc in Tshingua University of China. It's QS world ranking is 14 and the professor has very good publishing record. Now my question is should I join that positions as a fresher or wait till something I get in west? Again I want to know if it's less valued or something like that as it is from China??

I would suggest you join Tshingua. You can apply elsewhere after 1 year.
