I just found out now , those are the best kickers ever , sq from them 15 inch gold labeled subs the best I ever heard
I hope it’s the original spec if not it’s a gimmick to sell

Since the 80’s I have used Rockford Fosgate amps and Kicker subs. I have tried most ALL brands but ALWAYS go back to this Punch🥊/Kicker🔊 combo! Using the Kicker 10” DVC4 Gold Series 50th Anniversary subs now and LOVE them!#Kicker#Livin’Loud
lil story how i got hooked on bass. I'm setting in Petboys parking lot waiting on my dad to get back when i start hearing this low BOOOOMM-BOOOOOMM. so, i get out and start to follow the sound, the sound led me to a dude in a Cutlass with 6-10s in the back wired down to 2oms. this all took place in 1979 in East L.A. California.

I've seen 10 inch American made subs . Ok in short . Kicker was once the bass of Wich all other subs was judged by . At one time when made in USA. But kicker did what any other companies do . I have a lt7 12 inch china made square subwoofer I had two but that off the subject. It sounds great too. Last I had was kicker Solo baric . Wich is one I have made in China . But the ones I had was two 15 inch subs originally said made in USA. Second to first kicker I bought. First was a ported 2 12 inch boxed subs was made in USA . On a lower end of kicker subs. I mean basic subs in a box . They sounded great and back to kicker 15 solo baric subs 2 of them low power USA made . Amp was low power at thousand watts . But it bounced my vehicle . That was when kicker was once made in USA. . Cheaper the better or . I like my 12 in lt7 or l7t kicker subwoofer it can rattle too . But kicker can not say it's American made anymore. Like kicker said the parts are not made in USA like it once was . So kicker isn't no more American made. I know I chatted with them . But kicker on higher bass level like mtx on lowest level is 50 Hertz . Kicker is getting that way . But are great subwoofers. Even made in China . They still sound great. And powerful bass as long as it's above 30 Hertz like other subs are . Overall. I still like kicker. But no more made in stillwater Oklahoma. . Note. No more is kicker products are made in USA anymore. . China does a great job on kicker subs and their products.

Keep in mind it's not a solo X it's an l7x also keep in mind back in the day when there was L3 l5s and l7s the new l7s ain't nothing like the old ones I'm not expecting the new l7x to be anything like the old solo X either they're too focused on low end and kickers have always been known to be efficient something that low end monster Subs aren't

Good to see Kicker innovating bc their reputation isn’t the same as it was in the 90s like when i was running all Kicker drivers from the resolution components to the 15” comp subs. todays scene there is a lot of competition and most serious bass heads lost interest in the brand so glad to see they are trying to stay relevant.

A square passive radiator should be made so that the shallow L7 could be used in the same manner as the TRTP’s.
I was wondering if Kicker would come to see 🙈 they do need too make a L7 Passive Radiator. ✌️👍
Problem is, the L7 has such a deep magnet, doubt they'll even fit alone, much less in a truck box> if you need L7's in a truck, probably best to make a blow through

Need assistance. So I currently have dual 2017 Kicker Comp Rs, part# 43CWR102. I think that is 2 Ohm. I am looking for the equivalent 10" Kicker Comp Gold but I am only seeing the 4 Ohm. Is there an equivalent 2 Ohm to my CompR 2 Ohm? Thanks..

Hopefully these are good enough to start getting them out of their Best Buy cheap look they have, for now I’ll stick to more bang for your buck like ds18, skar, and soundcubed
My buddy has an all Kicker sound system and I gotta tell ya, I have trouble breathing while getting beautiful sound. 😎

@@bashns7743 he's got the Comp R 12's with cx1200's. Not sure what the tuning is but it pounds hard.
@@bass305-HCCA its probably a high tuning. I think high tuned boxes make your chest hurt lol. Is it ported?

God, I hate improperly digitally filmed 24/25 fps. Epic move confirming the SoloX 18, though. The market definitely needs that to be in play. The only thing left I could ask for from Kicker in order to do an all-Kicker build would be dedicated component compression drivers.

They can't say kicker is American made anymore. They are all made in China.
Kicker used to be known as decent quality. Nowadays Kicker is known as " cheap Chinese made below performance products ".
Wires, wires and more wires. It's 2023 now, the install tech should be dead. Bluetooth subs with swapable batteries with long battery life should be the future. This is starting to be a scam industry.

⚠️Warning this Kicker 48TRTP122 Car Audio Down Firing 12" Thin Sub Box w/ Passive Radiator New subwoofers are garbage not worth $820 dollars your getting ripped off more worth $150. If your looking for hard deep bass that you can feel this is not for you. I had 4 of them already from amazon and they don’t last more then 2 days. It gives kicker a bad name. Just stick to a brand name like pioneer / alpine / MTX / infinity you’ll be just fine.
