Beautiful bow! I am so glad silk ribbon embroidery is becoming popular again. The last time I did it was in the mid 80’s.

These are so beautiful!!! I will try it someday. I won some needlework supplies last year in a drawing. It included a ribbon embroidery "kit". So someday I'll learn it. But till then, I love to watch you do it and start to learn. It's SO UNIQUE!! Your work is always so gorgeous!!! Watching your videos is so relaxing!! I've learned a lot since I've been watching you for the last 3 years.
My grandmother taught me to crochet and embroider when I was 8 yrs old. Still doing it!! Lots of girls & women used to do needlework back in the day. I love that the youth have started doing needlework these days. I thought for sure this type of work would be lost & forgotten. But I see so many young women doing it now on UA-cam. All around the world!!! Its so fabulous this knowledge is not getting lost!!! Really makes me HAPPY!!! And all the people teaching on UA-cam has really helped keep needlework ALIVE & WELL!!! What is the best way to keep my silk ribbons? I just finished this tutorial and want to try more!!!
Have you got something you can wrap them around? Or let them hang up? I run mine through some hair straighteners (on a cooler setting!) before I am about to use them
