I bought a house in Southglenn in late June of this year for $650k after negotiating down $15k. 4 bedroom (2 additional that are nonconforming), 3 bath, and 2967 square feet.
It definitely needs some work, but not for long!
It is a spectacular area with tons of nearby amenities.
    Thanks for the video Sam!

I accidentally discovered your channel a few months ago when researching the best hikes to do in the area for an upcoming trip out to CO from the East Coast. Although hiking brought me here, I'm staying for the real estate content. We plan to move to Denver in the next couple of years and your channel has been a great source of information and inspiration. And I love your keepin'-it-real style! When the time finally comes to make our move, I'll be giving you a call. In the meantime, thanks for your informative and engaging content. Keep up the great work!

Yes, everyone moving from Chicago, Texas or California... Thornton and Aurora are the places you want. Montbello close after that. When all fails Pueblo is great

    Northglenn/Thornton - 560k
    Littleton/Ken Caryl - ~1.1m
    LoDo - 519k
    Centennial - 640k
    Castle Pines Village - 1.5m
    pronounced:
    - Ken Carl*
    - wine-coop*
I'm surprised Baker isn't on there. Cheap af right now and will definitely grow. Same with SoBo (stupid name) but some real gems just east of Broadway
