The first time I cooked fried chicken I used buttermilk just like Gordon did and have never done it any other way since. Moist, crunchy and delicious every time.

When I marinate my chicken in buttermilk I always add hot sauce. And my flour has the seasoning he added plus some other ones

If you’re curious about the paprika he’s using for the pork, it’s spanish and it’s called “la Chinata”; and yes, it really is amazing as he says. Highly recommended
