    Roses are red,
    Violets are blue,
Daniel Mackler overcame childhood trauma through a combination of introspection, extensive study in psychotherapy, a process of healing involving self-love and self-care, practicing authenticity, travelling, playing the banjo, starting a UA-cam channel, philosophizing on a variety of topics, writing various books, and getting in touch with his inner-child,
    And so did you.

Well said. Religion based on guilt and threats is no way to build a philosophy of life.

@nhà độc tài Yang Wen Li sin is a doing agaisnt one's conscience and/or God's principles. To know both, one has to be self-aware and honest with oneself all the time. Additionally, one has to be aligned with helping society in general more than helping even oneself or one's own family or friends. To reach that allignment, one has to look at the World and people from the perspective of a loving God-father when performing one's important decisions and actions. We are all children of God; so the safest way is to follow the Golden Rule: Treat others the way you want to be treated. One has to be prepared to die for this principle.

I think that one great goodness in us is being honest with others. Families can sometimes function like the mafia. They can have very complex politics and there's always the one who might rage against it. Well, that one is evicted from that family, and because it's a mafia, it's not only an eviction, it's a complete denial that that person ever existed.

Choosing to be fair, honest, mature and good to the best to my capability has even made me at times luckier and rewarded in small or big ways, I love this philosophy and how it is connected with nature about being generous and sharing is what our energy sources like the Sun or Moon or Rain do, it’s great that we have access to Daniel’s experiences and wisdom sharing the how-to’s to proper inner work and how we potentially might end up so genioune and enlightened. Really appreciate and have no doubt the growing will continue for us all alongside with him 🙏🏻✨🌎🌈

I do not comment a lot on your videos, but I watch every single one. It is a great beginning of my week, especially in the work I do helping the youth obtain their goals. I am very lucky to have stumbled upon your videos you are a true inspiration & virtual mentor. You are making a huge impact in the youth, and for other men (I provide guidance for a lot of students). I have always feared having feelings and understanding the deeper sides of myself, but your guidance has allowed me to rework my life and focus on my true honest self. The internal stories you share help me understand my personal struggles and work towards being better every day. It's powerful to know there are other men out there that are in this journey of healing from childhood trauma and working towards being a better person. I really wish I learned this at an early age, however I am glad I stumbled upon your videos! Thank you for inspiring me and others in this journey we call life.

I love your videos Daniel, and have a tremendous amount of respect for the dedication and courage you have shown in the ongoing process of healing yourself. But also for the gifts you continually share with the world in expressing yourself so clearly and thoughtfully. I believe your videos are a significant tool for anybody looking to heal, and become their real self. They definitely are that for me anyway, and I have nothing but gratitude towards you for what you do and who you are.
Jesus did say in the first century that our greatest threat to growth was our own family of origin, and the more I do this work, the more I find it is true. The more I read about Jesus, and tried to get a sense of his character and nature and personality, the more I started to become aware of his passion for the truth, his love, his humility, his desire to assist his fellow brothers and sisters, and constantly wishing to pass on the things he learnt and was taught by God (as he expressed) for the benefit of others.
I did not have religion thrown on me growing up to the extent of many others, so I never really had an opinion as to the Truth about God, and if God even existed for that matter, which now I believe kept me fairly open to discovering more. In fact, in my early twenties, the fact I had not come to the truth of this matter caused me some distress, and I increasingly became more aware that there was a deep pain in my soul about this unresolved question. In my anguish I longed to God (even though I wasn't sure if such a being existed), with utmost sincerity to find out the truth to this question.
A few days later I came across the teachings of Divine Truth (you can find the UA-cam channel by typing "Divine Truth" into the search box). The information I found completely blew me away. As it goes, the couple who teach these teachings claim that they are Jesus and Mary Magdalene who have returned to Earth to share with others as to the truth about God as they have experienced and come to know from their 2000 years of existence. Amongst a lot of it, they talk about how in order to heal, we have to go through emotional experiences, releasing our pain from childhood, as well as pain of how we also hurt other people, whilst longing for Truth and Love from God during the process.
Jesus unequivocally states that God, taught him how to love himself (that being, him and his soulmate), others, the environment, and how we could all go through the same process he went through in order to heal and become our real selves. However, I do not believe for a second he was God in the human form like many people believe, particularly in Christianity. I believe he discovered and was the first person in history who followed a process that God made available for us all to heal.
He also shares that God is Love. Love being God's Primary quality. He shared that we could all have a personal relationship with God, and receive the gift of God's Love if we merely exercised our free will and desire to long for it. And he said that this love when received to such an extent, completely transforms the nature of our soul from the natural state, to a divine state, at-one with God in Love. With that Love comes overwhelming joy, happiness and a blissful existence. He shares that, as with all things, it is a continual process, there are good and bad days, and it cannot happen overnight. How can we undo a lifetime of pain in the blink of an eye?
He encourages anybody to engage in the experiment of asking to receive God's Love, as it is open to us all - which you would naturally expect a loving God would have no favourite children, but to love us all equally and unconditionally!
Anyway, after watching the content for around 5 months, on a wet and rainy Saturday evening, I decided to engage the experiment for myself, and before I finished formulating the longing within to ask for God's Love, I began to experience the most overwhelmingly beautiful inflowing of Love into my soul that I had never experienced before. It was the most all encompassing gentle, compassionate, understanding, kind type of Love that felt completely unconditional. I immediately began to sob and weep about how sad I felt that I never knew of the potential to receive this Love before that point, how beautiful this feeling was, that God did in fact exist and understood me thoroughly. I became more sensitive as to how I was never loved by my own parents and how sad I felt about that. It also grew within me a feeling that I wished to share with others of such a potential and leave it with them to experiment if they so desired it.
I am deciding to share this as the topic of this video is kinda asking the questions I asked deeply of myself, and I wish to pass onto you and anyone else the information that came to me when I began to earnestly seek with an open heart. I do not wish to push this onto anybody or convince anyone as to the truth of what I have shared, but to merely share from a personal experience, and leave it to you to do what you may with the information. Best wishes to you Daniel, and to all of you on your continued healing journeys!

I was raised in an abusive legalistic religion where nothing I did was right. They were mean, physically and mentally abusive and selfish. The Bible they claimed to believe was nothing how they lived their lives. I went through horrible choices in my life based on my poor example...came to the end of myself and literally died and Jesus came upon me. A warm, loving light with the most overwhelming feeling of unconditional love and acceptance. For the first time I felt pure love for who I am. It was supernatural and life-changing. There are people who go to church and claim to believe but their lives reflect nothing of what they claim...and then there are those, who like me, had a personal, supernatural encounter with the God of the universe in human form and I will never ever see life in the same way. I thought God was bad and hated me because my earthly father was bad and hated me, but I finally had to separate the two things. Now that I truly believe God is good and loves me unconditionally, I’m truly free from false guilt and shame that my parents and others put on me. I no longer have a need to please man but only God who created me and wants the best for me, and that is true freedom indeed. The truth will set you free.

If that’s what brings you peace and joy, go ahead. I always find it fascinating that someone who doesn’t believe in religion has their own religion of non-belief And they get angry if people don’t agree with them. Just because you choose to believe your own philosophy, doesn’t mean it is not your religion!!

I’m grateful I figured all this out at the age of 18. I was doing a lot of emotional repressing though until a few months ago when I learned to feel through my emotions. The game has definitely changed now. Repressing helped to avoid emotions, but not to get a lesson out of it. Fighting anxiety helped me to not feel it, but it didn’t give me anything in return. Accepting my anxiety and feeling it fully gave me self love.

When Babylonian king Nebuchadnezzar 2 had troubling dreams, he seeks Daniel's counsel. That sounds like therapy. Daniel also pleads for mercy on behalf of his people, the Jews, when YHWH, their God, was going to punish them for their wrongs. You and he believe in rehabilitation.

I saw your videos of being a psychology therapist and how you care about them and want to do what ever you can to help them. Also saw your videos of how you worked at a psychiatric hospital and saw that something is very wrong here. How the patients are not really getting healed and are just given drugs that made their condition worsen. I see that you are a very compassionate being with a lot of wisdom. Why not take your compassion and wisdom beyond wisdom. You have very high potential to realize true enlightenment. Is why i highly recommend you to study Buddhism. Now Buddhism is not a religion. It is a study of who or what we are. Your true nature, true mind. He teaches you how to be happy and how to not suffer. Ultimately ending suffering. And realizing Nirvana, an everlasting bliss we all dreamed of. How? Buddha, the enlightened one spoke of the 4 Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path to be awakened and enlightened. And to truly understand the 4 Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path. I think we'll have to study all his teachings which are written in all the Sutras the Buddha spoke of. Here is a few to start with. Sutra of the Past Vows of Earth Store Bodhisattva, Heart Sutra, Lotus Sutra, Surangama Sutra, the Flower Adornment Sutra, and Amitabha Sutra (the Buddha of Infinite Light and Infinite Life. And there are many more. All available on UA-cam with audio and a text to read along. Listen to the Great Compassion Mantra on youtube, recite it and memorize it which will help you on your path to enlightenment. The Great Compassion Mantra can also heal all diseases, illnesses, and mental illnesses. Let me know if you are interested, and if i can, i'll reply to any question you may have. May all beings be enlightened and free from suffering.

You're so lucky to have been brought up without religion. Deleting the idea of revengeful God most of us were taught to believe in is as difficult as healing from abusive childhood. It takes so much time, sometimes even a decade, to really stop believing in the inevitable punishment waiting for unbelievers or those who turned their back on this monster called in religions God. I'm free of this fear now, but it has taken me more than a decade to heal. However, I'm still trying to heal from abusive parents and I'm nowhere near completion.

Anthropocentrism is a pathology as is any power relation that results in economic oppression, war, and abuse in families. Daniel I have an opinion but it's just my opinion. I don't mean anything except to try to help. I don't know why babies starve in third world countries, tsunamis wipe out whole villages, and good people get cancer and die early while bad people live into old age. My theory is we are in a game not unlike a board game. God did not give you two bad parents. God is the good stuff. Jmo.
