    Really enjoyed listening to this video Kris. Based on the comments I've seen in the last couple of your videos, I really think you should consider doing 1-1 consultations with people, that is of course if you would find the time and/or reschedule your current plan regarding your goals. I Also think that doing a 1 hour live stream once a week where you answer peoples' questions would significantly increase views and potentially subsribers.

      That's great news. 22 is a baby, I'm 28 and I feel like things haven't even begun yet. I think this year is the year they will, but it's made me realise how much time we have. Not to mention every gym guy/fitness influencer looks better at 40 than they did at 20. If you work on yourself every day getting older is fun, if not it's daily regret

    your point about relationships/sex and staying single (staying aloof in regards to sex and relationships) is a good point. I feel I have wasted so much time on chasing online dating, trying to get laid, having pointless texting conversations with women and come out empty handed many many times. I'm in my mid 20s

    • @1STMAN
      @1STMAN  4 роки тому +77

      Agreed we all have. The joke is even if it leads to sex, there's still no real benefit, it's still wasted time and an hour or 2 of pleasure. I'm not above one night stands, sex, etc I love being around women, but I've come to realise sex and lust are so primitive. We spend our whole lives trying to create good looking kids so they can create good looking kids easier than we did due to their looks. How else can you explain our pursuit of sex and the most attractive mate? We're basically living to make sure our genetics continue in their finest form, I think we should all drop the ego and chase after more meaningful challenges such as climbing the Kardashev scale

    I really enjoyed this video as am soon saying goodbye to my 20s. One rule which I added for myself is do a little everyday (consistency). For example I've learnt its better to work on a business for 15mins/day for weeks at a time than 2 hours everyday for 1 week then nothing for weeks due to crashing. The total output of work is more with consistency!

    • @1STMAN
      @1STMAN  4 роки тому +36

      Yessss! I had this same discussion the other day. Even on my lasiest days, which are rare I must admit, I still think as long as I do at least 4 hours today it's 4 hours closer and better than nothing. It's the same with nofap or diet or a gym routine. 1 single day goes wrong and people fall off the horse and lie in the mud. Just get back to normal the next day, it'll create a 95%/5% ratio where most of the time you're doing the right things, can't be perfect everyday

    Excellent advice from *Mr 1STMAN.* All of his suggestions are very straightforward but they do require discipline.
    Three important things to keep in mind: 1 - your explosively energetic twenties are very precious foundational building blocks; 2 - don't expect anything to be handed to you on a plate; 3 - if you keep yourself in shape, you can remain physically and mentally vigorous well into your sixties.
    I speak as a very active sixty year old man.
    There are literally millions of people everywhere who don't take any notice of these ideas; just turn your head and look at them all.

    Hey mate, I apologize if this Text comes across as a little bit cringe, but I just want to say that your content is very helpful and inspiring. Especially this one ..... this is the shit!! 👍🏻 I am 24 now, and I have finally chosen the path I want to be in, which is being a pilot. It is a difficult path, where I must be determined, disciplined, and give up on a few temporary pleasures in life, and it might be a long path as well, so therefore I constantly look for such videos on youtube in search for information and tips on how one can get better emotionally and physically and achieve their goals, because there are those up and down days that occur in life, and whenever I feel down, I need someone I can look up to, or sth that someone did that I can look up to and get inspired. And I just want to say I am glad I got to see this video of yours. Its very positive, inspiring, and true. Thanks a lot for taking your time and doing this man. You are investing your time in a very positive thing. Just don’t ever stop sharing your thoughts and doing what you are doing, because I swear that there are many guys like me out there hungry and looking for answers on how to reach full potential in many dimensions, and everything you post helps a lot. I am really happy to see a world where men try to guide other men on how to grow up better and tougher. I love this world for that. Please keep up with your good work!
    I also have a request. Can you do a video analysis about either the Witcher (starring Henry Cavill ), or Jon Snow from Game of Thrones ( starring Kit Harington ), whichever you find better?

Some people are born in a country they don't like, a bad passport/visa etc....so the priority changes...we need to first get out of that country first depending on how much money your parents have....get a job work for 5 years just to get a passport that allows you to start a business and be free or whatever... your system is not flawed but it's not for everyone man

    Hey man I know this sounds kind of weird but you've always been someone who inspires me, someone I look up too. Eventually down the road, I plan on starting my own business but currently, I'm working for this startup called 2020 gene systems. I was wondering if I'd be able to connect with you, through a call or something just so I could ask you some questions. I just graduated from university (I'm 22) and am trying to figure out how to transition from working to starting my own business. Or what industry to work in to build the skills necessary for starting a business. Your videos have always been a tremendous help and I'm glad you post quality content so regularly. Any advice at all would be much appreciated!

    • @1STMAN
      @1STMAN  4 роки тому +11

      Not weird at all, I have men that I get inspired by every day. 100% we're organise something I don't charge for my time or anything like that so don't worry.
      I love the position you're in right now, huge potential. You're clearly smart due to your education and self-aware enough to ask the right questions this is a huge plus. My next steps for you would be;
      Work for 2-3 years in a big company. Work 2-3 years in a small company (any industry). People say to work in the industry you want to go into but this isn't always a good idea as you become a clone. This will give you experience of the top and the struggle at the bottom. Marketing, sales, HR everything is different in a small company compared to a big one and vice versa.
      During this 6 year period, start a company that......1. You're good at 2. You enjoy 3. Has huge earning potential. Like don't be those people who claim to be the next bill gates and they've just started a custom birthday cake company or their own hedge trimming company there's no money there. I picked clothing, streaming platform and eventually gym because all 3 are billion/trillion dollar industries.
      Next save every penny you can from your job/s. Work every hour possible including lunchtimes and be patient. Give yourself 6 years. This isn't 6 years to succeed or be a millionaire by 30, that shit never works, this is 6 years to figure out the eventual direction of the company. I started 1stman/msicollege around 21/22 years old. I sit here today after 6 years of working every day and have only just figured out the indentity, revenue streams, ethos, marketing etc. Spend 6 years testing, learning and pivoting.
      28 seems to be a good age too. Everyone I know who's successful saw the first real signs at 28. My old mentor went from broke to £30k per month at 28 and everything changed overnight, but this was after 5 years of patience and daily grind.

      Hey Harrison, appreciate it man. It's an easy way to grow an audience. This is and will always be the foundation of 1STMAN. If I create free content with no ads, and it helps people then I'm able to grow an audience. Without attention/an audience your business is nothing. If I create a product/the future streaming platform and no one knows about it then there's no point. This audience gives me leverage in everything else I do, builds trust and keeps me sharp as to what's going on in the male industry

    Great content.
    I'm 26 going on 27 and just like you, I did not know there were books that can help develop skills and point out strategies in business and finance until I was like 23. God made it clear to me that I wouldn't have had the wisdom to apply what I have learned in books anyways so I don't dwell on it. It let's me know that I had to mature before I can appreciate what I have learned.
    It's great that you point out that men aren't like women and are at their prime in their 20s because our looks don't determine our market value so to speak.
    We also have to understand that we don't need a female or anyone for that matter to validate us for us to know our worth. I deal with this every now and then but I've never been one for relationships so it doesn't consume me.
    And some friends proved themselves not to be friends since they don't understand my mission.
    "Think about what a 36 year old would want or are aiming for." That is gold.
    It's great that you cover such a broad target audience it allows all to learn. Even elderly men could still learn from this video because we cant change our past but we can learn from it.

    Can you also maybe do a vid for teens?
    Currently 16 and i have some big plans and goals. Ive watched a lot of ur content whether its business or body language or life advice. Ive always tried and for the future i just wanna be the man who has his shit sorted out and doesent look back regretting his decisions.
    If you could give some advice that would be pretty awesome because i am trying to succeed and grow in life but i also dont wanna lose 100% of my teen years trying to figure out shit about the future.
    For now since im still under 18 i cant do a lot but ive been working on myself in the gym and ive been doing good in school even tho im not really interested in it.

    • @1STMAN
      @1STMAN  4 роки тому +5

      Hello buddy thank you for watching my videos, really appreciate your time. For teens it's pretty much the same advice, except I'd throw in "test more" you have so much time you can mess up 100 times and not care. Throw money at every idea, new skill, etc, you'll learn skills that will help you in your 20's. Just test, test, test, experiment, try everything until you figure out what you like, you're good at and which industry has the most earning potential. Find a balance between these 3 and you're golden. The fact you're on this channel though asking these questions means you've already won 50% of the game. Most people your age are 15 years away from where you are now. Also remember the progression bias, think long term, what you want right now will completely change when you're my age so be as patient as you can and make decisions for the good of the long term

    And here I am trying to do the opposite. All I do is build my body, improve skills, learn, work and save money to buy a house just because I have no one or nothing to waste time on. I actually have to put in more effort finding a relationship, maintaining a friendship or finding something enjoyable but not too time consuming or expensive to the point where I'd feel guilty. Work and growth is the easy part. Living and enjoying life is just so f*cking difficult.

    So as a 20 year old who's never had sex or a relationship and that thinks about it all the time, is it a good idea for me to indulge in that lifestyle of partying and hooking up that i really wanna try before giving it up forever? I feel like you can so easily leave it behind because you altready had an abundance of all those things, and i think that's crucial to develop and truly internalize this mindset that you're promoting. So maybe just going out and having fun for a few months would ultimately be beneficial.
    In reality i know that 36 year old me will regret never experiencing any of it, and i think that if i don't try that shit out now that i'm the perfect time frame for it then i'll forever regret it.

      Focus on improving yourself a bit first then you are more ready . Just go gym. Read. Save up . And you will later realise it’s not as important as you think it is. Girls aren’t going anywhere man most of the time girls like older guys. I was like you until I lost my virginity at 19 after a week partying at uni and a girl I invited me back to her room and it’s was fun and a good experience but not as good as you think it will be. Much better to spend your time thinking about bettering yourself for the future and just focus on delayed gratitude. Get the mindset of getting excited to see how much you’ll improve in 1 year....2years....5years......10years. Trust me.
