- MORNING NIGHTMARES
Beyond the room the heart of the world is beating.
Inviting one to travel to far horizons and distant rainbows…
You want pulsations, with elusive iridescent light
all of them playing with you, inviting you, then getting further away…
You wake in the morning.
You must be having a dream, because you are able to get up
and to slowly and carefully consume it, so it will last…
You remember in former times looking at wrinkles in the mirror
also elusive there in the background of the glance and the screen…
You claim morning.
With your slow, rhythmic and melancholic movements
you get your aging body and tired spirit in motion…
You know by now, you have the experience, the self-respect
You know all too well about duration, know what comes last, the absolute works…
You query morning.
There is a little dream left, for the mauve of the rainbow
that is also your share, humans greatest source of wonderment…
Perhaps the time has come, the suitable moment drawing near
so you can now better distinguish the rare and exquisite colors
and with the fated open hand you can now, finally, take hold of them…
