Fun fact Steven is that this album was recorded with the Jonas Brothers, they sing the backing vocals and play the instruments on most of the songs 😍 BTW, you should really go into Jonas Brothers discography too 😜

The Jonas Brothers are amazing, so talented and deserved the recognition way more of what they get. They write, cowrite most of their songs since before Disney since they were 12, 13, and also play multiple instruments and can really hit tons of notes. They so much more than band that got recognition from Disney, but they started their career before that and I really wanna see you react to that beginning and get into them. Plus, you really should dive into Joe and Nick's, specially Nick work on Broadway (les miserable especially)
I don't think it was for the movie... she wrote it about Selena and it was inspired by her and their characters cause she worte it while filming the movie in Puerto Rico. there are songs that Demi wrote but are not on the albums because they were too dark for Disney I leave you which ones: Back around, Trash, open, stronger and shadow, they are not on Spotify but on UA-cam yes!
Demi was for sure the edgy rock girl of Disney in the late 2000s 🙌🏻 You definitely need to get into the discographies of the other Disney artists of this era (Jonas Brothers, Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus). They have all had great career evolutions
i don’t know how familiar you are with the jonas brothers’ earlier albums but they were heavily involved with this album + they shared a lot of band members with demi back then so.. you may have fun exploring those albums! they had a lot more rock elements than people realize (and even some pop punk on their first album!)
The thing that I love the most is the intentional voice cracks also what’s most impressive is how much power she had at only 15 years old. There are many seasoned singers that are much older and and more experienced but don’t have what Demi has in their voice
The Jonas Brothers are EXTREMELY talented. They wrote a lot of the songs on this album, as well as produced it AND played the instruments. Nick specifically contributes so much to every work they put out. You should definitely check them out.
Nick is actually the one who contributes the least to JB's writing. The only reason people think he's the main songwriter is because of his portrayal on JONAS, him having the most serious personality of the three, and the fact that every backstage clip back in the day that the band of Disney posted always showed Nick writing. Joe actually wrote the majority of the self-titled album himself.

Glad to see other people mentioning the Jonas Brothers and their major contributions to this album! It’s so good. I’m gonna echo their sentiments by *strongly* recommending their 2007 Self-titled (their purest album and my personal favorite, fun and youthful pop-punk from start to finish) and their 2008 album “A Little Bit Longer.” (Their darkest/moodiest... dare I say, edgiest? album, with a lot of heavier Rock influence and synth.) You should be able to clearly hear the similarities between those albums and the majority of Don’t Forget! They’re great writers with a distinct sound (up until their comeback, at least). Such an underrated band and never got the respect they deserve. 🤘🏼 There’s a bonus track on their Self-titled called “Take a Breath” that‘s a must listen! I think it’s included as an official album track on most streaming services now.
11:33 *“watch me heart every song on this”* the TASTE 🤌🏼 literally her best album hands down, also Party is so underrated it should’ve been a single!!! I’m still mad it wasn’t 🥺

girl believe in me is just IT. on their 2014 neon lights tour the fans asked SO MUCH for this song to be performed live and they gave us a really sweet video announcing they were gonna sing it on concert 🥺
Behind the Enemy Lines is from the deluxe version & it's flawless!! Maybe you could do a playlist of all of their deluxe/bonus tracks from each albums & react to it.

The Jonas Brothers cowrote demi's first album and second album too. Part of demi's band back then was jobros live band and they sang backing vocals and played a lot of instruments in the songs. and she opened for them during these albums and camp rock...they have another song with miley and selena Gomez released in 2010

I don’t think it was pushed as hard of a song because it seemed too close to Camp Rock and disney because Demi and the Jonas brothers were already a Duo on screen. But as a duet on its own , i think it’s so underrated because of how much they go back and forth .

You need to watch Demi's new performance of Dancing with the Devil live on Jimmy Fallon. You will absolutely melt. Their voice has gotten even better if that was even possible!
OMG YESSSSS JONAS BROTHERS DISCOGRAPHY REACTION WOULD BE SO COOL Jonas Brothers even have some legit pop punk bangers worthy of a Warped Tour-esque circle pit in their earlier catalogue
This reaction reminded me why this is my favorite Demi-album (which says a lot because they all are wonderful in their own way). I seriously can't pick any favorites, but after the soundtrack of "Camp Rock", "Until You're Mine" was the first song I heard from them, so it has a really special place in my heart. "Believe In Me" really is both healing and heartbreaking since I think that Demi wrote the lyrics as the encouragement that they would've needed to hear from someone else, when they were struggling, but didn't. It might have been partly the unconscious cry of help (a little like "Anyone") at that time. And of course the way to try to encourage their fans to be themselves, accept themselves and seek help when needed. Thank you for this reaction! I recommend you to watch/react to - Monsters (All Time Low feat Demi & Blackbear) - Give Me Love (Capital Live Session) - La La Land (Live on the Bert Show) - Stone Cold (Live on the Late Late Show with James Corden)
the fact that gonna get caught was about joe jonas is one of my favorite little details about the golden era on disney channel (jobros, sel, miley, demi)
I’m watching your Jonas Brothers Reactions all the time didn’t know you did this album. For this album Demi worked with The Jonas Brothers. They worked with her on LaLa Land, Get Back, Don’t Forget and On The Line!, you can hear them sing background in these too. Just wanted to share this
your reactions to demi made me not only know you and love your channel but also appreciate demi's discography so much, as a fan of yers sometimes you're so used to listening to it that you kinda forget how fucking incredible it is and how outstanding and talented they are, thank you so much steven!
I haven’t heard the name Michelle Branch in years!!!! Loved this album growing up, she still does ‘emo’ version of her current songs, Check out her emo version of I Love me with Travis Barker.
I think it was on the Deluxe Album with "Behind Enemy Lines". If he reacted on the "original" album, he might not have known about "Back Around". But perhaps he will react to it later. :)
I was a big demi fan since her Disney days. I remember getting this album off iTunes with a iTunes gift card I got for my bday. This album is one of her best! I used to think tell me you love me was my fav Demi album. Now coming back to this album… this may be my favorite.
I'm laughing so much because when this album came out I was 12 and just starting to learn English so my understanding of the lyrics was... Poor at best. And while I can understand the lyrics perfectly now I still remember some of the stuff I believed the songs were saying back then and it's just so funny. I literally have this memory of being in my bed with the Here We Go Again booklet and a bilingual dictionary trying to piece together the meaning of the songs 😂
You should react to Demi’s pop rock features : We will be a dream - We the kings (2011) Irresistible -Fall out boy (2016) Monsters - All time low (2020) which is Demi’s most recent pop rock/ punk feature
YESSSSSSSSSSS LITERALLY COULD CRY! So happy you got here! I left comments on your last one but definitely check out her WEMBLY ARENA CONCERT 30min long ! SO good! Was so happy watching this reaction !!!!

Steve! I love your reactions to Demi, and I love that you were amazed and enjoyed Demi's discography!! Now you understand why her music is everything to us and we love her so much!! I suggest you react to her live performances!🤩🤩🎸🎶
also steven, you're wrong when you say demi doesn't do that sound anymore, yes they don't do it fully nor often but despite their albums being other genres they never fully left pop rock, they always have at least one more pop rock influenced song on every album and they continued to work with pop rock bands, even last year they released a song with all time low which gave the band their 2nd ever entry on bilboard. check out their collabs with we the kings, hot chelle rae, fall out boy, all time low, etc. and they also always add more live instruments to their songs live, check out their tiktok live of dancing with the devil or jimmy fallon, they added a much more heavy guitar on the chorus pratically turning the song more pop rock, it's incredible.
Uhh i'm so sad Demi's album reactions are over :( you're so amazing! also they actually still sometimes perform (at least until 2018) catch me from their 2nd album and skyscraper and give your heart a break from their 3rd, but it would be so amazing if they did actually perform more of them or even make this style of music once in a while :( rock Demi is everything honestly!
PLEASEEEEE DO THE JONAS BROTHERS DISCOGRAPHY!!! They never got the credit they deserved for writing their own music. There is a reason their fan base is as crazy and strong as it is!
This album is why I will always have a special place in my heart for demi. Been a fan since camp rock and their music helped my through my late teens and twenties and I will always love them for that no matter what.
I love how you stopped using "whistle note territory" and started using "intentional voice crack" after a fan pointed that out lol! We love it. "Whistle note territory" is still my fav tho.
Well, now that you made it to Don't Forget you can now react to her demo "album". Songs like "Open", "Shadow", "Stronger" and "Trash". We were obsessed with them before this album dropped. Stronger is still one of my favorite Demi songs lol
So excited to see your reaction to this album, Demi's discography is one f the best! My favorites are Don't forget, La La Land, and Party. I'll be looking forward to your reaction to the Jonas Brothers discography!!! I will also recommend their solo stuff, my favorites are the album Lines, Vines and Trying Times, and the album Happiness Begins, but also I really really love Who I Am by Nick Jonas and The Administration.
I normally watch your reaction videos at work while I’m typing but I could not wait. I had this blasting on the tv omg! I was rocking out just like the first time I heard this album at 15 years old. Oh and you need to react to or listen to the deluxe version that has a couple of extra songs. Specifically “Behind Enemy Lines”. That one, “Until Your Mine” and “On the Line” are my favorites from this album 😭🙌🏼💜😍🖤

OMG YESSSSS JONAS BROTHERS DISCOGRAPHY REACTION WOULD BE SO COOL
Jonas Brothers even have some legit pop punk bangers worthy of a Warped Tour-esque circle pit in their earlier catalogue
I think that if you watch their live concert at Wembley Arena (2009) would make you really happy!!
I recommend you to watch/react to
- Monsters (All Time Low feat Demi & Blackbear)
- Give Me Love (Capital Live Session)
- La La Land (Live on the Bert Show)
- Stone Cold (Live on the Late Late Show with James Corden)
The Jonas Brothers helped a lot with this album and they definitely have a bit of a pop rock music sound as well! You need to check them out!
i would say more than a bit, they are essential to the pop rock genre. but yes they are amazing
the fact that gonna get caught was about joe jonas is one of my favorite little details about the golden era on disney channel (jobros, sel, miley, demi)
I’m watching your Jonas Brothers Reactions all the time didn’t know you did this album.
For this album Demi worked with The Jonas Brothers.
They worked with her on
LaLa Land, Get Back, Don’t Forget and On The Line!, you can hear them sing background in these too.
Just wanted to share this
You should react to their video for Don’t Forget Demi actually plays the guitar on the track.
your reactions to demi made me not only know you and love your channel but also appreciate demi's discography so much, as a fan of yers sometimes you're so used to listening to it that you kinda forget how fucking incredible it is and how outstanding and talented they are, thank you so much steven!
yesss this is the perfect thing for my crappy monday steven
I haven’t heard the name Michelle Branch in years!!!! Loved this album growing up, she still does ‘emo’ version of her current songs, Check out her emo version of I Love me with Travis Barker.
You didn't react to 'Back Around' which is probably her rockiest song!! I'M SO SAD
I think it was on the Deluxe Album with "Behind Enemy Lines". If he reacted on the "original" album, he might not have known about "Back Around". But perhaps he will react to it later. :)
@@juliapakarinen7956 It's in the internationl version :'( not mad at him sksks just sad he didn't react to it cause IT'S SO GOOD
@@TheEmancipationofHoosiers Oh, okay. I understand. Yeah, it is. :)
emo demi will always be superior!!! thanks for going down all the albums! loved all the reactions from u!
You gotta react to “Back Around” and “Behind Enemy line’s” they were extras on the deluxe album I believe
I was a big demi fan since her Disney days. I remember getting this album off iTunes with a iTunes gift card I got for my bday. This album is one of her best! I used to think tell me you love me was my fav Demi album. Now coming back to this album… this may be my favorite.
You should definitely react to the deluxe tracks of this album (Behind Enemy Lines and Back Around)
I'm laughing so much because when this album came out I was 12 and just starting to learn English so my understanding of the lyrics was... Poor at best. And while I can understand the lyrics perfectly now I still remember some of the stuff I believed the songs were saying back then and it's just so funny. I literally have this memory of being in my bed with the Here We Go Again booklet and a bilingual dictionary trying to piece together the meaning of the songs 😂
omg I can't believe we're already at the end of your journey through their discography
You should react to Demi’s pop rock features :
We will be a dream - We the kings (2011)
Irresistible -Fall out boy (2016)
Monsters - All time low (2020) which is Demi’s most recent pop rock/ punk feature
YESSSSSSSSSSS LITERALLY COULD CRY! So happy you got here! I left comments on your last one but definitely check out her WEMBLY ARENA CONCERT 30min long ! SO good! Was so happy watching this reaction !!!!
Thank you so much Steven for reacting to her albums this brings back so much childhood memories 🥺❤️
Ive been ignoring Gonna Get Caught just cuz I was more obsessed with the other tracks but lately, HOLY MOLY THAT SHT SLAPS SO HARD ITS TOO GOOD I LITERALLY HEADBANG SO HARD BRO WHY IVE IGNORED THIS FR 😭
such a good album. Get back, trainwreck, don't forget, two worlds collide, believe in me are my favs
I love this album so fucking much.
Steve! I love your reactions to Demi, and I love that you were amazed and enjoyed Demi's discography!! Now you understand why her music is everything to us and we love her so much!! I suggest you react to her live performances!🤩🤩🎸🎶
since you're liking Jonas Brothers, you should know that Joe have a live feat with Dulce María. Yeahhh, yours Dulce María 👀
For years, Demi Lovato has been the 4th Jonas Brother. From 2008-2017.
"Two Worlds Collide" is supposed to be about Demi and Selena Gomez's friendship.
also steven, you're wrong when you say demi doesn't do that sound anymore, yes they don't do it fully nor often but despite their albums being other genres they never fully left pop rock, they always have at least one more pop rock influenced song on every album and they continued to work with pop rock bands, even last year they released a song with all time low which gave the band their 2nd ever entry on bilboard. check out their collabs with we the kings, hot chelle rae, fall out boy, all time low, etc.
and they also always add more live instruments to their songs live, check out their tiktok live of dancing with the devil or jimmy fallon, they added a much more heavy guitar on the chorus pratically turning the song more pop rock, it's incredible.
Excited for this but also really sad that you're ending their discography 😭😭
I still can't believe Demi's back to rock sound, I'm so happy and can't wait for your reaction when the new album comes out
I've been waiting for this reaction of their discography. I love this album so much.
OMG i was watching Elite, then i saw your notif. Elite can wait.
We been fed 3 Demi rections back to back. Thank you, the cutest guy on youtube. :3
Lol same I also came from Elite
Please react to more Måneskin, WE ALL NEED IT
(Expecially live performances)
So excited to see your reaction to this album, Demi's discography is one f the best! My favorites are Don't forget, La La Land, and Party.
I'll be looking forward to your reaction to the Jonas Brothers discography!!! I will also recommend their solo stuff, my favorites are the album Lines, Vines and Trying Times, and the album Happiness Begins, but also I really really love Who I Am by Nick Jonas and The Administration.
FAVOURITE POP-PUNK DEMI ALBUM!!!! WE END THE DISCOGRAPHY TODAY 😭💖💖💖💖
Thank u for that journey, their music is amazing! 🔥
Now it would be great if you reacted to Demi's covers. They always bring an emotional quality to those songs, it's beautiful
Thank you for using they their and she. You are amazing thank you 😊❤
I normally watch your reaction videos at work while I’m typing but I could not wait.
Demi is going pop rock again! And you need to react to that’s how you’ll know
❤️🧡💛💚💙💜! Happy pride everyone!! Just here to feed the ever-hungry algorithm. 🥰
I just love this album so much
