I haven't eaten white sugar for a whole year. Super energy dessert. No added sugar. The sweetness that always helps me, A delicious recipe for cottage cheese and fruit - very tasty and easy. Enjoy delicious sweet treats with no added sugar. Light and simple recipe.
Recipe and preparation:
70 g dried cranberries.
100 g dried apricots.
100 grams of dried plums.
Rinse with hot water and dry.
100ml of water. 20 g instant gelatine.
100 grams of walnuts.
100 grams of hazelnuts.
Fry over medium heat until golden brown.
350 grams of cottage cheese.
100 grams of sour cream.
An empty carton of juice or milk.
melt gelatin.
Put in the fridge for 2 hours.
