- Professional runner Ben Flanagan takes us through a day in his life, showcasing what he eats and a workout with the Very Nice Track Club.
Real title of this video should be “how I use stoke” lol 😂
Dude I remember going to school with Ben back in st Mary’s. He probably doesn’t remember me but he was in my religion class in grade 12. Good times. So cool to see him in my recommended
Good to see Norman included in the training day. He is an adorable dog!

Great Vid!!!!
a morning in the life and What pro runner Ben Flanagan eats for breakfast and brunch. good video other than the blatant clickbait
How much protein do you get/want a day?? I have issues with meeting that particular goal...
Nice video 🔥
Dude same name as an old boss of mine who was also a skinny guy dark hair and a fitness nut biker, runner, swimmer
Norman is an upper body workout....
Reminds me of Jerry Lindgren
lotta food right before runinng
I would've dipped the egg sammie in the shake.
First comment u already know
I don't think he got much over a thousand calories in that video lol!
His diet is so low calorie. This can't be real.
Fr, I eat 3000-3200 cals per day, this is nuts
He is probably not that heavy, also everyone bodies are different and need different needs. I was confused why he only had toast, a gel, and then an egg Sammy with a smoothie. But that is portably his pre and post training meal not a full day of eating. This video was more to show the use of this product. This is why some people hate making videos like these due to comments saying you eat to much or you eat to little. Every one has different caloric needs and plus he did only run a 6 mile time trial with warm up and cool down, so its overall not a super long training day
Long distance runners have to be leaner in general to have better speed and I am guessing to protect their bones and articulations.
You should go raw vegan!
