How much protein do you get/want a day?? I have issues with meeting that particular goal...
More videos likes this, what Parker Stinson eat ????ahhh
I don't think he got much over a thousand calories in that video lol!
He reminds me of Joe Falcon. I ran with Joe and he was incredible 3.46 mile runner . Joe set records at the mile and half marathon . Was incredible 5000 meter runner.
Dude I am a older running coach and athlete. To much sugar in this diet. You should be cutting out the surgery cereal and stick to fruits , vegetables and lean meats. Your can get away with it when your young but when you get older your destroy kidneys, liver, eyes, Joints etc
Im a trans male athlete I performed in mens XC and needless to say I’ve never felt more insecure in my life I’m aware due to my biological state I will have to work 2x harder than my peers to match them and it’s that factor that hurts so much I train so hard hours hours I was injured mid race season due to over excersing and eveytine I missed a day of running I would sob or panic My 5K time this year (freshmen) was 23:02 I’ve never run before and needless to say I’m crushed I wanted to do better I want to know what I can do to get a flat 17 or 15 at best by my senior year Im on testrone gel (HRT) to hopefully masculine my body and I hope in this transition I will also improve my running ability Can anyone give tips ?!
Shame to see all that inflammatory dairy consumed with such a talented runner. Would surely reduce recovery time and increase performance if he cut out all those bovine secretions from his diet!
Are you vegan?
Jam?
love the ketsup with eggs ! great job !
Good form
Can you make more video. This channel have massive potential
Funny guy. 😂
Frank I have a dream of running a sub-4 mile
Really enjoyed the long form chat
Good to see Norman included in the training day. He is an adorable dog!
Dude same name as an old boss of mine who was also a skinny guy dark hair and a fitness nut biker, runner, swimmer
Reminds me of Jerry Lindgren
You should go raw vegan!
Norman is an upper body workout....
Dude I remember going to school with Ben back in st Mary’s. He probably doesn’t remember me but he was in my religion class in grade 12. Good times. So cool to see him in my recommended
His diet is so low calorie. This can't be real.
Fr, I eat 3000-3200 cals per day, this is nuts
He is probably not that heavy, also everyone bodies are different and need different needs. I was confused why he only had toast, a gel, and then an egg Sammy with a smoothie. But that is portably his pre and post training meal not a full day of eating. This video was more to show the use of this product. This is why some people hate making videos like these due to comments saying you eat to much or you eat to little. Every one has different caloric needs and plus he did only run a 6 mile time trial with warm up and cool down, so its overall not a super long training day
Long distance runners have to be leaner in general to have better speed and I am guessing to protect their bones and articulations.
Great Vid!!!!
I would've dipped the egg sammie in the shake.
whole video mason looked so much like cooper
lotta food right before runinng
a morning in the life and What pro runner Ben Flanagan eats for breakfast and brunch. good video other than the blatant clickbait
Real title of this video should be “how I use stoke” lol 😂
