That's really great to hear! It's a super broad video, but hopefully it creates a framework. Big investors really do think about these 6 steps when considering an investment. If you can convince them that you will be able to pass all 6 hurdles, they will probably back you!
Content quality is top notch as usual. I want to hear topics like Quantum Computing and how Quantum Technology would help solve problems and what is the current state of it in terms of solving problems.
Classical computers aren’t going anywhere, quantum will be used for specific applications same way graphics processing units are used for games, modeling and machine learning. Quantum computers threaten crypto though by breaking their security.
The strategy I launched my businesses with is 1. business background, research, sales copy, business plan, testing. 2. Marketing, sales system creation. 3. final product creation, manufacturing. 4. profitability 5. Scaling up. 6. Long-term business plan for 10 years. 7. Innovation, new products ideas inventions. !!! you should never create the product first because might no one will ever buy it. Before your product is done: Target audience research, sales copy, business plan, marketing plan. Then you will not go bankrupt because you have a product made with millions of dollars, then no buyers. Just my personal experience
Hey Shuilab Salim! Actually, thanks a lot for that Q. So Starting a Business is quite a ruisk, as this vodeo's title says it. I get the research, sales copy done to see if people would actually be interested in buying the product. If not that is already a no go. But If the idea itself is actually a succes, many people said they would buy it. Then it is time to build a business plan, to make the business actually succesful, and because people already said the would buy, we can create a business plan and Get INVESTORS!
I needed this. Thanks man. I gotta say I'm in level 4 of this game too, and tbh level 5 is really hard to crack... but we thrive. To the folks getting started, let me say this: Timing is key and Patience is a competitive advantage. And even though the life-changing chunk of money comes in often in level 5, when you do level 1, 2, 3 & 4 correctly, you've built solid ground and a money-making machine that enables you to survive long enough in the game to witness your competition come and go and the landscape change, 'till it's the right time for you to rise. Thanks again.
I read a comment about you having great production quality and I agree. Then I was shocked that the comment mentioned that he also mentioned that this is not a million-subscriber channel. I did not notice it at all. If you guys continue to pump up quality work, I expect this channel to reach at least 200K subs this year, at the very worst.
This couldn't have come at a better time. I'm a startup nerd myself who just launched his product a few days ago. No sales xD. Will try my best to find product market fit

Love your videos John. I entered into a startup a few years ago around the 4th phase working in development and marketing, and we were acquired by a fortune 500 company last year! Keep up the great videos 👌
a fantastic video on all the hurdles that a company requires to go through to be able to grow. you are right that level 4 is a hard level to crack generally
Unexpectedly great video. I thought this is yet another candy floss suggested by UA-cam. This is probably the first video of this creator I saw, but I am sure subscribing to it
Blue apron is an example of bad planning when it comes to CAC. Chewy is basically the same concept that ended up being way better because they've been able to keep their customers happy while keeping their CAC low. I'd love to see a video comparing the two.
Wow this is a very valuable content for entrepreneurs and it basically breakdown how most biz fail. This will help us learnt from their mistakes and thrive!
Got the mr beast video recommended Ended up binge watching couple of your videos ! Great content mate Makes me even more excited to go to college , and get into tech and problem solving
wouldn't developing marketing channels that are targeted towards growing your most profitable customer segments that were acquired by organic users, be the best strategy until you meet diminishing returns or develop a new product that targets a new customer base? Or is there something I'm missing here?
Love all your videos with super insightful contents and flawless delivery…. Perfect … if 1 percent of UA-camr can be like you, I think google will be the most valuable company in the world and UA-cam alone will be bigger than Netflix and Disney combined …
I am not entirely sure why are you explaining basic terms when clearly all of your audience is in business. What I like about your videos is your personal observation, not the stuff we learned in TAXBOOKS back at university!
First of all great video, great content and well structured. I have some critic regarding your cutting style and visual background, the first 5 - 6 videos I watched where great and refreshing, seeing all this shorts from movies really sparked interested and hype. But now after several videos more I must say that it starts distracting me from the real content and the video topics start to blur. I cant visually remember which video was which and therefore it is hard for me to recommend specific videos to others. Sure its the leanest and entertaining way with low cost, but if you keep growing I would love to see some restructuring or own visual content.
Inspired by this video, I'm gonna start building a platform I've had running in the back of my mind for a while. Goal: get an MVP hosted within the next two months (mid April). Then start crazy fast iterations to a find product market fit. This sounds impulsive, but I'm a coder with a lot of pent up energy, and I really, really want to build something cool, so lets' see what happens. Wish me luck y'all ☮️🙏🏽
Interesting though about MoviePass is that the theater companies them selfs such as AMC implemented the exact same product into their own platform , with a movie limit

yep! will be very interesting to see where your LTV/CAC lands early on. I imagine people will stick around for at least one year pretty easily, so LTV could be pretty high. Lots to test though.
All what I needed in under 16 minutes....honestly, If this information was in a video of 45 minutes I'd still watch it second by second. SO VALUABLE.
