When I saw this movie, I really thought that the "pony-up" (that's such a stupid word) didn't have anything to do with their elements, but with doing something they where passionate about. It started with the music, Rarity made dresses, Pinkie Pie saved a party...after that, the logic falls apart, and it's still a very vague idea, but it fits better to the earlier events and Rainbow Rocks then the explanation the movies give imo.

I think that the dimensional rifts that Evil-Twi is creating are not like the portal. the portal transforms you in the being it teleports you to, but the rifts do not.
I think the rifts are different from the mirror, meaning that anything going through a rift would remain intact but anything going through the portal gets transformed.

When I saw this movie, I really thought that the "pony-up" (that's such a stupid word) didn't have anything to do with their elements, but with doing something they where passionate about. It started with the music, Rarity made dresses, Pinkie Pie saved a party...after that, the logic falls apart, and it's still a very vague idea, but it fits better to the earlier events and Rainbow Rocks then the explanation the movies give imo.
Let's see there's no one in Equerstria that can counter act the Main Six like Anger Greed more Atheltic and faster than Dash a guy or girl who's a master manipulator also someone who was fucking better magic than Twilight!!!!!!

I starting writing the script for this video after it aired on TV, then went back and revised it after the Bluray version came out. My guess is that a couple sins got jumbled around due to varying timecodes.

Multiple videos of the same thing being uploaded by multiple people, on the same day that the event happened, with confirmation from an entire school and a member of the school board would easily prove it to be true.

I love 'Everything Wrong With' videos about EG movies because (besides being fun to watch) I always hope they might bring some sense into some bronies who overpraise this movies more than they deserve; but apparently everyone just ends up claiming they are too "harsh" and "mean" towards the movies. 'Everything Wrong With' videos from actual episodes are mostly actual nitpicks, which everyone enjoys; most of EG's are actual Sins/Flaws with some funny nitpicks as always; yet either nitpick or actual flaws will get called 'hateful personal opinions' when it comes to EG
I find it amazing how some fans get so defensive when EQ movies are being criticized, just showing how insecure they are when reminded how bland, weak, generic, incoherent, cliched and badly written they are in almost every way
And before I get reminded: no, there's nothing wrong about liking these movies. I enjoy watching them as well for its relaxing and simple tone, but I'd never treat these movies anywhere above mediocre

I also feel you didn't look at the big picture enough. the magic was explained but not entirely because you can't explain magic. even normal pony equestria, the most you can say about magic is "it happens" or "you focus and it comes out your horn" you know? I don't think you can put a science to magic.
one point I like to also bring up when I say you don't look at the big picture is when rarity pony ups.

I guess as fans we believe you judge the eqg movies differently and harder. almost like you search out problems that aren't there. yeah true your videos tend to do the same. Make sins that are funny and for the hell of it. but you always seem to be legit reasoning behind it. however with some of these and doesn't really seem like you had any reason other than to complain. I can see why it would be less entertaining for someone who actually enjoys the source material, but keep in mind that this isn't a serious review video. The reason I'm taking the time to try and figure all this out is because I honestly thought I was getting better at making these not feel like personal reviews, although based on the feedback I've been getting maybe that's unfortunately not the case. Hopefully I'll get my act together by movie number four :P

I think it was the fact that he went to Equestria through the portals, in a place where Spike could talk, which allowed him to talk in the human world. The reason that Spike from this world couldn't talk before was because in this world, he is dog, which cannot talk. However, as soon as he went to Equestria, he became a dragon, an animal that COULD talk and brought that quality back with him.

I generally like these videos, but the ones on Equestria Girls just have a more mean spirited vibe than the ones for the show. In the show, whether the episode was good or bad, whether LittleshyFim liked it or not, the video was funny and interesting. This feels more like an attack on Friendship Games only meant to entertain people who didn't like the movie.
