Shiva was dead during the fight.. But Panjurli calls Guliga to wake Shiva up to give him a little extra life coz he still had some unfinished duties to fulfill.. He needed to first get the villagers their rightful land back from the landlord, he needed to perform a Kola and also he needed to have a child who can continue his legacy.. After he fulfilled all those, he had to become one with nature.. He heard his father calling him, the one who had disappeared at the start, he comes to escort his son at the end.. No one can see them disappear coz the demigod says at the start that if he's really a demigod then let no one find them once they finish their duty..

No. This is a custom that’s still practiced by many people in my coastal home town Mangalore. Even the buffalo race is still an annual event. In my childhood I was taken by my uncle who owned this ancestral farm that included a cashew farm.. and I was taken for an event of “Bhoot (Ghost/Sprit Kola). I remember being absolutely petrified of the spectacle and never ever going to any such event after that 😄.
The sword that Shiva found was sacrifice by the King in the starting scene of the movie & Shiva kill landlord by the sword of landlord 's ancestors 👏🔥❤️

In that two who disappeared at last in that one was his father who he disappeared at the beginning.

The Boar in the movie is the Avatar Of Lord Vishnu Which is believed to be the Protector of earth.
Shiva died in battle...After his duties were completed he went to his natural state of death.
At the end, it was Shiva's father who met him.. now Shiva's life purpose is also over.. he will disappear like his dad.. dad came to receive him. Shiva's son will be the next land saver. And in the post credit scene, we saw Shiva's son grown up.. so there was a proper ending

What I understood after watching this movie
This movie is based on reality which this kind of Gulika and panchuruli are performed in north Kerala and Karnataka
