Extremely impressed! This is some serious original content, and not just another food review. Please keep up the good work, Angel! Wish you all the best :)
Thank you, Ms Hsu, for sacrificing your time, money, and digestive system to find the best chicken rice in Singapore. Your dedication to E.coli testing truly sets a new standard for food reviews. You're a true heroine and our NEA and SFA should award you with a Gold Medal. 😜👍🙏

truly of epic scale, Hope you get more subscribers and make this viable to continue making videos like this of our common singapore food, Now you gotten the attention of every hawker loving singaporean!
I don't usually comment or like any videos I watch. But the effort you have put in on your research and your willingness to share your findings (spreadsheet) set this video apart. By the way, this is the first time I watched your video. Entertaining and informative.
This is an affront to our cleanliness. National Environment Agency and Singapore Food Authority should take action before something serious happen. Thanks Angel. Good Job.
Wow!! That's remarkable, Angel!! I dig your research methodology with care to ensure no contanlmination enroute. I especially appreciate your graciousness to give oddliers a second chance incase anythkng went wrong. Kudos!!👍🏼😃 And thank you for your public service!!!

The E Coli is invisible and yet it is a serious public health matter that Singapore must take it seriously because hawker food is now a national heritage. Angel deserves a public service medal 🏅 for her great effort in research on Singapore hawker food.
NEA & SFA's response to my feedback regarding the increasingly distressing fly infestation at Yi Jia Food Court: a true masterpiece of unyielding inaction. Impressive!🙄
Keep your suggestion to yourself and people who are afraid - dont eat. Coz to get rid E. Coli is to overcook it. The national dish will no longer tender. By the way it isnt a new news. It has already report there are E.Coli in the chicken due to the cooking method. Like I said, ppl have a choice for not eating it but dont destroy it due to your health concern.
This is truly EPIC. Appreciate the effort you went through to produce this. AND you even provide the spreadsheet for the data nerds 🤓 like me to 🧐. Hats off and thank you! 🙏
This is a phenomenal work!!! Not only you have done a marvellous work in analysing so many different chicken rice samples, you have also done an excellent methodical scientific research and created a great presentations. I wish other UA-cam videos are also such high in quality.
I’m surprised at the standards of food safety is so low in Singapore. Standards are useless when not enforced. When you eat at a restaurant you are trusting sanitation to strangers. One would think that a hot dish like cooked chicken would be free from bacteria just from the heat of cooking but if everything else has bacteria on it, it doesn’t matter. Dirty hands, plates, utensils, etc. All restaurants should be tested regularly like this by independent auditors.
That’s what I was wondering as well. What went wrong with the Results? How accurate are they? How has Tian Tian not been flagged for mass food poisoning?

The lab reports should be forwarded (as an act of social responsiblity) to SFA to investigate those outlets with an alarming bacteria count.
how did people not get diarrhoea bad enough for SFA to already investigate them?
Agreed. There should be an accountability report from SFA after that.
Tian Tian Chicken Rice is one of the most popular stalls in Singapore and they have almost 400,000 bacteria in them?
The staff never disinfect their hands. Very common
Probably from wood cutting board, you’ll never able to really clean porous stuff like that. And might need UV light to disinfect it.
You have done a great job Angel! Keep up the good work. Thanks!
You ought to be commended for this first ever chicken rice research. Hope a criteria like yours becomes a benchmark, especially the e-coli content !
