    In the morning, BTW 4am and 12am is when the body is eliminating, what u should eat as breakfast are watery fruits to help hydrate the body and aid elimination, not moi moi (starches etc).

    Thank you so much Flo for sharing this. We are consuming far too many carbs and so little vegetables today. And this is partly responsible for so many chronic diseases that people are suffering not only diabetes. I hope we can embrace a healthier diet as a people. ❤

    Aunty Flo with the glow. You are not old, 50 years young. It seems you exercise a lot this days because your skin is glowing.
    And Yes 🙌 you are very correct about Diabetes Type 2. We should eat healthy + portion control. I am speaking to myself as well, because when we try those your recipes, portion control becomes difficult. 😂
