50 g pumpkin seeds.
100 g sunflower seeds.
Add 50 g sesame seeds at the end.
30 g almonds.
30 g peanuts.
60 g flax seeds.
20 g chia.
20 g psyllium.
oregano.
a little salt.
1 can of beans in tomato sauce 400 g.
20 ml olive oil.
a little more vegetable oil.
sesame.
bake for 45-50 minutes at 180 °C.
Tea:
3 strawberries.
lemon.
1 teaspoon black tea.
ginger.
pour boiling water.
ice.
a little honey.
