    Total calories per loaf of bread: 500 kcal.
    Calorie content per serving (for 10 servings): 50 kcal.

    100 g sunflower seeds.
    Add 50 g sesame seeds at the end.
    30 g almonds.
    30 g peanuts.
    60 g flax seeds.
    20 g chia.
    20 g psyllium.
    oregano.
    a little salt.
    1 can of beans in tomato sauce 400 g.
    20 ml olive oil.
    a little more vegetable oil.
    sesame.
    bake for 45-50 minutes at 180 °C.
    Tea:
    3 strawberries.
    lemon.
    1 teaspoon black tea.
    ginger.
    pour boiling water.
    ice.
    a little honey.

    Keten tohumu sıcak işleme gelmez. Piştikten sonra öğüterek üzerine serpebilirsiniz. Öğütülmemiş keten tohumu vücuda faydalı değil.

    Dobrý den. V popisku není napsáno proč se zavíčkuje miska a jak dlouho a kde odpočívá než se vloží upéct ?? Děkuji předem za odpověď. Přeji hezký den.

      Dobrý den! Miska se zavíčkuje, aby těsto lépe kyplo, a mělo by odpočívat asi 15- 30 minut na pokojové teplotě. Děkuji za Váš zájem a přeji krásný den! 😊
