The blades can have a 90° end. I use stair grip tape on the channel. The given blade doesn't need to be kept in. For old style channels I suggest Moerman brass or Unger S+, those fit much better and grip the blade. The end clips reduce detailing by 90%, some slip for the blade helps with flipping and changing it. I also use Unger green end clips for better hold.
The liquidator channel doesn’t have a proprietary rubber. Any standard rubber will fit. Squirt some dish soap into the channel when putting in a new rubber it helps it glide right in. Make sure the rubber is wet when removing it to change. The end clips are what make the liquidator what it is. If there were no end clips it would just be any other squeegee channel. And you shouldn’t have any reason to remove them unless you’re changing them because they are broken. Also I have put the fliq clips onto other squeegee channels and used the fliq pad with much success .
im not using the word right but that channel has "special designed" rubber thats what i meant, all im saying is that it is possible to use other rubber brands for it. yes i just learned that about the end clips lol and i forgot to mention the fliq pad clips can also be put on the ettore brass channel as well. cheers

Add a little soapy solution to the rubber and it will slide in easier
