I used N.A.C. that you speak of, to help fix my fatty liver. I bought pharmaceutical grade Crystal's from Bulk Nutrients in Australia. Hospitals use it to clean out liver when a person OD on paracetamol. Yes, I used a keto lifestyle and intermittent fasting (I.F.) and lost 20kg. I came off seroquel 100mg and sr tramadol 100x2 I feel so much better. I did this without medical help from my doctors who didnt even notice my fatty liver had become within the normal parameters. All Australian doctors are allowed to say about health is "eat less, exercise more." They will never say to a diabetic, avoid carbs. I am so relieved I have made good improvements to my health. I am still losing and started adding vit K2 oily hormone with my omega3 wild fish oils + D3 etc. Got to take our health back! Research everything.

Yeah, no marijuana doesn’t destroy your brain. My grandma has smoked pot for at least 70 years and she’s 97 with no physical or mental health problems. No offense doc, but you’re not looking like the picture of health yourself.

you seem like a good guy but most of your drugs don't help, your patients will take anything even if it hurts them

How to have better mental health:
Reduce stress as much as possible
    Develop your spiritual side
Surround yourself with positive people and eliminate negative people as much as possible
    Eliminate drug and alcohol use
    Adopt a plant based diet
Reduce your salt and sugar intake, as well as the amount of processed foods you eat
Get fresh air every day, even if it's just opening a window
(Make small, consistent changes. This will prevent these changes from becoming overwhelming)

How do you begin to even cope with the fact that your cognitive function has been permanently marred due to long-term, unchecked, major depression?

Brain patterns can be changed. This false dichotomy that psychiatry has set up that they can't without some sort of pharmaceutical crutch has churned out multiple generations of drug dependent "patients" who are convinced they can't survive any other way.
It creates soldiers rather than warriors. A soldier follows orders. A warrior gets up every day ready to stand in their power.

I hate that drug. I receive 2 pills a day and a monthly shot. It hurts and knocks me out. Why oh Lord do the doctors not see this. Must be the enslavement and blind perspectives of doctors.

Schizophrenia was once called dementia praecox. The term was labeled in 1896. Always believe the schizophrenia was degenerative anyway.
Regardless of medication which only seemed to slow the progression. With both intellectual and cognitive decline

      LEADING EXPERT
Dr. Nancy Andreasen thought this until the research came out! What is the long-term use of antipsychotics that created a permanent psychosis….It’s the medication decompensating the brain!
