Albert Edwards Burrows - Seral Killer Saturdays
An interesting case in that his latest murder was what caught him for 3 previous murders 3 years before.
Albert Edward Burrows was also a bigamist and there was evidence of sexual assault on the little boy he murdered.
Hosted by Robin Coles.

Donations are very warmly appreciated! We do A LOT of research of publications daily to find the stories. Donations go towards supporting the costs associated. www.buymeacoffee.com/newsofthetd
If donations are not for you, we would be really grateful if you subscribed (and tell your friends)! It helps our channel A LOT and helps us to continue our research and expand into more historical archive stories currently in production.
Thank you. 😊
What a despicable person Albert Burrows was. He obviously didn't want to be married and certainly not want to pay child support, period! I'm thrilled that justice was served and he received the death penalty for these horrific murders of four people including precious children. Great investigation, presentation, and backstory, as always. Take care 🦋
We are rather spoilt for choice with serial killer stories here in the UK, but we thought it would be fun to change the time period to post victorian for a change... Thank you for your brilliant support!🙌
Good work!👍
Thank you😊
Very good! Thank you. Wishing you and your subs a happy and peaceful Easter weekend.
Thank you! Wishing you and fam an equally superlative Easter weekend! 🙌
@@newsofthetimes Thank you kindly.
Still up ..after few beers ..Crazy ..things have not changed ..still goes on ..Is that from Newgate Files...I found Sweeney Todd in those files ..and true events ..I did start doing vids ..no views ..lot of work ..gave up ...really good content.
Thanks for reaching out! The material for this video came from standard news publications. We are sorry to hear about your channel.
🖤
Thank you👍
He knew he was doing wrong but did it anyway
He certainly did. And more than once!
Albert would have saved everyone a lot of heartache and misery if he had killed one person: the man in the mirror.
Oooooh! Good one! 😄
Yes, a piece of work this one. We are currently on a roll with previous murders coming to light from later murders. For the serial killer saturdays, we try to mix it up every saturday by featuring male, female, children, and couples as the episode and also we wanted ot mix up the time frame a bit.
Just checking over next saturday's serial killer episode. We usually try to go with the lesser known cases, but couldn't resist as she beat Burke and Hare's death count.
@@newsofthetimes If I may be so bold - any plans to cover Mary Mallon in the future?
@@juneroberts5305 In general we stick with British serial Killers . We do this because we use the papers and publications which we have access to to tell the story. BUT, we do like to show our support abd celebrate special days in different countries and we are looking at the 4th of July week! That has not been planned out yet, but -we will certainly take a look! Much is dependent on how much of the story was relayed in the papers here. Thank you! Great tip! We are putting it in our database for consideration. Thanks🙌
@News of the Times Thought I could push my luck because she was born in Ireland... 😅😅
@@juneroberts5305 It is a brilliant suggestiion!! We have it down for our next forward planning meeting. Much is dependent on how much press we can dig up here across the pond!🤔 If we can get a few news stories (we always TRY to have minimum of 3 resources for each story / 5 resources for longer episodes), we may either include her with others (which is what we do when info is scarce - usually for our 18th centruy stories eg Mary Reader) or her very own story or episode if we can find the material. Either way, we would look to be doing this in early July. Thanks so much for the brilliant suggestion - a great one!😄👍
My vid still on crime vault ..Sweeney Todd....have a look...you can can do it better .good stuff ..I found old book years ago ..on sweeny Todd from Newgate Files ..I am from London ...old stories from my Grandad ...I was hooked .including The Ripper..East End background.
Doing Sweeney Todd is in the long view planning. That story comes from the Penny Dreadfuls and is considered made up., although the story was probably inspired by some of the news of the day. We did review some of the dangers of food in our paralysis episode ua-cam.com/video/gGSR4l4PmyU/v-deo.html. Our current plan is to cover some of the Penny Dreadful stories in a few months. The Penny Dreadfuls were like the graphic novels of their day and still work. Great fun and highly entertaining!😄
yeh cover penny dreadful..etc ..done one on Thomas Cutbush ..very interesting ..you probably know ..I did loads of research ..have a look ..as said ..you can furtther it ...people do not like wordy vids!! thick people today ! I met Neil Bell .and writers of the Ripper industry ..all have different views ..which is healthy..You are keeping it alive ..and love it ..old Victorian crimes.
@@andrewjohnson388 Brilliant! Thank you! Yes, we know old Cutbush...ah! Those were the days.. Yes we will take a look! Thank you and we appreciate your support.🙌
Thank you ..much respect ..
IM a musician too ..lot of work to keep arts alive...writing is an art ,,,your stuff is old style art in words ..like it
