Seasonal depression is a real thing! I always say if something is negatively effecting your mental health or taking away your sleep, do not do it. Stop the toxicity! Shopping is such a western commercialized BS. Idea! Instead of just shopping in pursuit of other peoples desires (granted we love who we are shopping for and want them to be happy, we all personally love personal gifts), perhaps you shop for am easy houseplant for people. ...since plants make u happy, plants make for great gifts, and it's a compelling time to purchase. ....so purchase what makes you happy instead of just the happiness of the receiver!!!!
