    Mere khyal se isme maida dala gaya hai toh ismein moyan bhi jyada dalna chahiye aur gulab jamun ko garm Shere mein dalker thoda sa ek doo minut paka bhi le toh ho sakta hai yah narm ho jata 👍

    Mam ek baar mene banaye the to bhut soft bane the . But apne ghee thoda kam dala or ache se mess karke soft nh kara usse. But jab mene banaye the usko thoda jyada ghee dalkr or ache se mess kara jese chena ko karte hai sponge banne ke liye...

    We should use baking soda and plane soda plus two to three drops lemon juice also and ghee then only reacipe will be perfect 👍👍

    Aapne maida bahut jyada dala Mene bhi banaye the bahut acchhe bane the but mene 2 cup milk powder ,1 /4 cup se bhi kam rava use kiya tha and ghee 4 spoon, baking powder thodasa and ise ghee me fry kiya tha bahut aachhe bane the aap firse try karna

    Maine milk powder se gulab Jamun banaye hain aur bahut soft banate hain....aapne Maida jyada dala isliye gulab Jamun hard ho gaye ...dough bhi thoda soft hona chahiye.otherwise milk pwdr se bahut soft banate hain ekdum size mein double ho jaate hain ...

    Hi dharmis..recipe s gd but aap na baking soda dalna tha kyun ki soda dalne se gulab jamun sugar syrup ko absorb karte hai and gulab jamun thoda sa raise hote hai..aap jaroor try Karo next time,I m sure it becomes gd..aap time nahi waste kar rahe ho,recipe achhe hone ke liye try and test jaroori hota hai..and Al d best for next recipe,hope gd always

    Aapane Dor thoda tight Rakha tha Agar dor loose rakhte to acche gulab jamun bante maine bhi milk powder se gulab jamun banae the aapane milk powder ke sath thoda maida dala tha isliye Dor thoda tight ho gaya tha

    In Australia we make milk powder gulab jamun they are very good nd soft .your proportion of Maida is too much .
    Milk powder 3 cups
    Maida 1 cup
    2 to 3 tablespoons Ghee
    Mix with thicken cream
    Make a dough
    Don’t use milk
    Sugar syrup is good

    I have made gulab jamuns with milk powder, because mava is not available readily in the US. Your quantity of maida is way too much for the milk powder used, also there should be at least 1/4 tsp of soda added to the recipe for that quantity of maida. For 1 cup milk powder maximum 1/4the cup maida, (2 TBSP works too!) and 1 tsp of soaked sooji needs to be added. 1/4th tsp baking powder, 2 pinch soda. And when the gulab jamuns are fried, they need to instantly go in the warm syrup. Like from the fryer directly to the syrup! Hope you try it. They are way faster as well as no worries of adulterated mava!

    I dont remember properly now but 2 yers back i made with dairy whitener milk powder. I used only little maida.but it didnot come out properly like ready made mix.i wasnot too hard but not too soft also taste was not exact same like gulab jamun but was better and not too hard.. I feel u should not add too much maida.

    मेम 1 किलो गुलाबजामुन के रेडीमेड पैकेट मे चीनी कितनी लेनी चाहिए ?
    पैकेट के पीछे लिखा होता but उसके हिसाब से बनाते है ना तो बहुत हि ज्यादा मीठा बनता है ।
    आप बताओ ज्यादा मीठा भी नहीं और कम भी नहीं ऐसा बनाना होता है तो कितनी चीनी लेनी चाहिए ?

    અને ગુલાબજાંબુમાં તળવામાં નાનું બાઉલ લ્યો અને થોડું તેલ મુકો અને થોડા થોડા કરીને તળો. કેમ કે તેલ તમે જાજુ મૂક્યું છે થોડુંક નાનું બાઉલ ને તેલ મૂકો
