Oh my god why are people so worked up about it, the hand could mean that he's either offering it for her to take it or it's simply a gesture meant to show her off when she's dancing. It's a cute little play on the animation. No one shits on Elizabeth for not taking Ken's hand in his Light Up The Fire In The Night dance, why should anyone care about this.

Dayz_Matter There is a chance I already know what the reasons are. I don’t know everyone exact detail that happens in the game but I know the major plot points and character’s personalities (wish my first eventual first playthrough could be blind but oh well). I’ve also heard that Aigis is a strong party member as well.
Yukari gets a lot of shit but she's a really good character. I hated for the longest time due to playing P3 for the first time as a kid but I can easily say she's one of my favorite Persona characters now.
Junpei will always be the greatest persona bro, his heart-to-heart with the protagonist on the rooftop near the end of P3 is still one of my all time favorite video game moments.

I seriously think that the male p3 protagonist's canon relationship position is that he maxes all the social links but doesn't romance any of the girls. Especially given the p3 movie; he really comes across to me as someone who just wants to be a good friend to everyone.

I just want to point out the fact that Yuki/Arisato/Shiomi/P3 Hero/whatever just faked Junpei out of a high five, embarrassing him in the process. Also, the male characters high five a lot. Ken high fives the door in Mass Destruction, Messiah and Junpei high five at the end of this song, both Ken and Orpheus high five Junpei in A Deep Mentality, etc.

Not gonna lie, i've always been more of an Aigis/Makoto shipper myself and that hasn't changed, but I think this dance alone actively makes me wanna ship Yukari/Makoto, the way she playfully shuts down his gentlemanly gesture and proceeds to tease and flirt with him throughout the dance is amazing.
I mean with their history their like really close best friends who tell each other deepest secrets and are very lost without the other aigis is great bodyguard but she was really just set up to take minato place as leader for their little crew but yukari was minato best friend who hangs out with you and talk about stuff you on how you see life but yukari feels love Because he is a guy she wants to see how far she can go with their friendship she wants to be happy with him

@@ThiccFurryBoi34Not so much like that, in Yukari's SL she makes it clear that she wants to live alone and without anyone, obviously something very rushed but understandable with her mother, but she manages to fall in love with the MC, not because he is handsome or the protagonist, but because they both have many things in common, the MC understands her, they share the feeling of loneliness and this makes Yukari, I trusted him and developed that feeling of love.

J RR ironically more athletic than P4 which focuses on more pop music, which have some more crazier moves and even more surprising when he does these more often than P5 protagonist, as that one is a thief. Quick and nimble my ass.

This song makes me think, with how Persona 3 is laid out: What if this is what awaited Makoto after the end of the game. While he obviously sacrificed himself for the world, this game seems to have a lot more value as to why the game even goes on. Maybe this is the whole reason the dancing could go on, well, forever. It’s a dream Makoto wouldn’t want to wake from: an eternal paradise forged by the bonds he made. Who knows, but honestly, I’d like it to be that way
P5D is supposed to run parallel to this game right? For that to happen, this whole night being Minato's dream would make sense
It also makes some of the dialogue with Elizabeth make more sense
Maybe the real reason she and Lavenza started the dance competition was so Elizabeth could see Makoto could see his friends again, and also so he could see them again, makes the games much more poignant I think

Fuuka duo’ed with him very well. Her and Junpei are a good fit with this song. Aigis is a very close second.
Its due to the fact that, while Makoto can take his dancing up to 20, he also has the power to slow his pace to sync with any partner, just like how he's able to adapt to any playstyle in P3.
Honestly this track makes me emotional each time. Minato at his most joyful dancing together with the friends closest to him. And the song is sooo good

The whole song is actually poetic because the whole song is look to the future and the game is accepting death. Makoto is happy that his friends are with him but in the background this is the same rooftop where he dies so its all just his having one last dance with his friends so he is happy to be with his friends before he dies. 😊
