This is such a great recipe - made it (or variation) so many times since I found it a few months ago. Cinnamon with raisins topped with cheddar is another great combination and I make that probably every other week. Got a tamarind and date loaf proofing now. Im sure this video used to have a lot more comments.
I have tons of bread flour at home. Can I use bread flour instead of all-purpose flour using the same measurements? Sorry...I am a clueless baker as well (as well as a cluelessgardener). Thanks!

Also goes great with BBQ Brisket! Our favorite BBQ restaurant here in Texas serves Jalapeno Cheese bread with all their BBQ plates.

If you bloom that yeast it will work alot better
