Omg this really works!, iv been unemployed since the month of January and i honestly had no where to turn to or anything, so iv just been sending out applications...until about a week ago i started listening to this while i manifested a job thats suitable for me and that can help put food on the table..as well as support my family.....and yesterday around 12pm i got a call for my interview tomorrow at 1pm!! The NSF says that by average, people have about 50-75K thoughts a day. Also 90 to 95% of those thoughts are also the same thoughts that were from the day before; as well as a week ago; to even months; and for some people, years.
All 50 to 75K thoughts is EXACTLY a record of what you have done within THAT day. Its like playing the same movie over and over and over and over again.. and we wonder why we DO the same thing over and over and over and over again..
Because that same movie is being played, you're going to SEE the same events day after day after day after day..
You gotta start playing a different movie.. you gotta start FILMING new clips and scenes and plots.. you gotta record new thoughts and ideas to start projecting a different reality..
And its not just simply changing your thoughts here.. you gotta change the ROOT of those thoughts. There's a reason why you THINK, AND FEEL, AND SAY, AND ACT, AND BEHAVE the same everyday. It ALL SPAWNS from your character.. your personality.. your belief.. you gotta get to the ROOT and begin to work on your IDENTITY.
We've all heard that YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT.. or YOU ARE WHAT YOU DO.. We are DEFINED by WHAT WE DO!! Just think of these EXTERNAL OUTPUTS that are from us, as a MIRROR to our inner and personal being. Like a MIRROR REFLECTS THE FACE, SO THE ACTIONS OF A MAN RELFECTS THE HEART..
So sit down.. and be aware of ALL that you THINK.. ALL that you FEEL.. ALL that you DO.. These EXTERNALITIES is a REFLECTION of our INTERNAL SELF..
And those 50 to 75K thoughts... they all STACK. Think of THOUGHTS as HANDS and LEGS.. They have the ability to HOLD onto things.. and they also have the ability to CARRY you to places.. Those 50 to 75K thoughts are what held you in place, and are also what took you to places.. CHANGE YOUR MIND, CHANGE YOUR LIFE..
Want to know another cool thing?? ALL thoughts are NOT the same.. OBVIOUSLY right?? But its not really what you're thinking.. There are different types of THINKING.. these DIFFERENT types of THINKING has DIFFERENT FUNCTIONS and produces DIFFERENT RESULTS..
Here's the BEST WAY that I know how to describe this.. Our thinking process has DIFFERENT "MODES" OF THINKING.. There are essentially 3 MODES OF THINKING, and I like to use this acronym.. K.S.E.. KNOWLEDGE.. STRATEGY.. EXECUTION..
The human mind CANNOT compute these 3 MODES all at the same time.. Not effectively or with a 100% of your attention to all 3 MODES.. your attention would be DIVIDED in a sense, if you try to do ALL at the SAME TIME... but in reality the human mind, by design, cannot have their brain in ALL 3 MODES at 100% for compartments..
but lets break this down.. KNOWLEDGE.. that's a time where you learn new things.. read a book or an article.. trying to learn a new concept.. learning how to do things.. learning a skill.. taking the time to reflect.. a time where you are brainstorming.. essentially a MODE where you're just acquiring new information.. This is the MODE that majority of us are in.. always CONSUMING information.. reading and watching content after content VORACIOUSLY.. but guess what.. all that information.. the ideas.. they're ALL in your HEAD.. just sitting on the SHELF OF YOUR MIND.. just collecting DUST.. THEY.. ARE.. ALL.. IMMATERIAL... INTANGIBLE!!! This is only the very FIRST STEP.. and people don't realize that they need to TRANSITION over to the 2ND STEP..
and that 2nd STEP is STRATEGY... this is the MODE OF THINKING where you GATHER the particular information.. the ideas.. the KNOWLEDGE.. you GATHER IT and TRANSFORM the INTANGIBLE IDEAS TO BECOME TANGIBLE.. THE IMMATERIAL THOUGHTS TO THE MATERIAL MANIFESTATION.. This is where you MOLD your thoughts into REALITY.. how do you do this?? Simply break it down to ACTIONABLE STEPS.. this is what most of us know, but don't understand how critical it is.. this is just planning.. you've heard it all the time and EVERYWHERE!! But you never transition your KNOWLEDGE MODE OF THINKING into the 2nd step.. STRATEGY.. Just plain ol' figuring out and strategizing a way to ACTUALIZE your ideas.. just figuring out how to bring your IDEAS INTO LIFE...
The 3rd STEP.. EXECUTION.. believe it or not this is a TYPE OF THINKING.. A MODE where majority of people in the world who don't switch to.. they know it exists, but they like the FIRST STEP TOO TOO MUCH.. it FEELS GOOD to learn.. it FEELS GOOD to become ENLIGHTENED.. it FEELS GOOD to learn a new PERSPECTIVE.. it FEELS GOOD to just KNOW MORE... and BECAUSE it FFEEEELLLLSS GOOOOODD.. people justify themselves, by FEELING GOOD as if they are ACTUALLTY being PRODUCTIVE.. they're ACTUALLY doing something important.. that they're making progress.. its PROGRESS alright.. but its only the first step..
!!!IMPORTANT!!! If you are someone who RESONATES with this.. BEING IN THE FIRST STEP.. FEELING GOOD to be in the KNOWLEDGE MODE OF THINKING.. YOU ARE IN DECEPTION!!! I am seriously being LITERAL here.. LITERALLY!!!!! You are DECEIVING YOURSELF!!! You are LIVNG A LIFE OF DECEPTION!!!!
Learning is GOOD! Learning is IMPORTANT!!! AND I for one understand how GOOD it FEELS to LEARN NEW THINGS!!! But you are STUCK IN LIFE because you believe you NEED TO LEARN MORE AND MORE AND MORE AND MORE..
Folks.. there's only so much that you can LEARN.. there's only so much you NEED to KNOW before you can start turning that KNOWLEDGE to ACTUAL SUBSTANCE..
Get onto STEP 2.. STRATEGIZE AND PLAN!! BREAK THE INFORMATION DOWN TO ACTIONABLE STEPS.. and once you have the PLAN.. you VISUALLY SEE WHERE to go and KNOW WHAT to DO and HOW to DO it... you just gotta KICK it into the 3rd GEAR and JUST DO IT!!! JUST DO IT!!!
PERFECTION is NOT an OPTION.. But FAILURE IS! The most important thing is not doing everything PERFECTLY.. the most important thing is to just MOVE IT.. make adjustments as you go and RECALIBRATE if things are not going as plan... and that's okay.. just make sure you APPLY the things that you learned..

Even a smile can truly effect someone's day. Be proactively kind and you will make an impact on someone who needs it at that moment. And again, kind can literally be a smile, holding a door open (for anyone) The smallest gesture can really go a long way. You may not even recognize you did anything, but that isn't why we do kind things. Its ok to feel good about it, but that needs to be byproduct, not the goal. Be kind to that person who is always angry, rude etc. Instead of internalizing that, do your best to pay attention to what that person may be dealing with. Their doing, their fault or otherwise, pain is pain, life is hard for us all. It will serve you and them much more to sympathize, to see the struggle for what it is. Don't get me wrong, this is not always easy to do, especially if its family or someone you should be able to trust, rely on etc. But if you can sympathize with those who have wronged you, greatly or minimally, when you see the struggle and can understand why that person is who they are... it's humbling. Look for what is good about that person, anything. It's important to say as well, unless you can look in the mirror and say I treat myself and every soul with respect 100% of the time and live life perfectly... we all have work to do, don't separate someone else's struggle from your own but instead try to understand. A great example is Charlie Manson. Read what his childhood was like, he couldn't trust anyone in the most basic sense. Everyone took advantage of him... everyone. Sympathizing and understanding is not justifying or excusing, very important. But when you really see what he went through growing up, the conclusion I reached was this kid needed love. He needed a friend, he needed a hug with no malicious intent hidden behind it. He needed someone he could truly trust. I firmly believe his whole life would have gone a different direction. But my long winded point is if you can recognize and sympathize with someone most perceived as the devil himself, a coworker is an achievable goal. What makes it seem so much harder is these words or actions being taken out on you, don't internalize. It is a valuable skill to be able to step back, take yourself out of it and try to see that person. Remember, at one point, we were all just babies, dropped off on the planet. It's a rough world out there, we could all use a little more understanding and kindness... whether you think it's deserved or not. To whomever is still reading, I feel compelled to say... call that one person you would love to make things right with, but neither do it. Blame aside, reasons all put to the side, we have one life... and that person misses you too. Success of doing so must not rely on how they reply. You must do it with the understanding that your attempt to bring light to a dark situation may not work... or it may just need some time to build up.... but you made the attempt. But making that first step, being the bigger person (trust me I hate when people say that, seems like its always on you right?) But being the bigger person isn't easy for a reason. Remember though, correcting something with someone you care about... is not the same as knowingly going back into an unhealthy relationship in hopes it will be different, that is not what I mean. Be well friends, someone out there is meant to read this, I can feel it, I don't know why but I can. If so, don't thank me, i am simply projecting what i desire for everyone. put that positive energy towards your life and those you love. All we have is each other and if any of this helps anyone in the slightest that's all that matters. Love you all.
All of Jason's recordings enable me to close my eyes and "melt" into the music. In and of itself, this music is a healing and "defragging" meditation. Just melt and be one with the sound. You become the sound. Your heart is lighter, your body dissolves into music, your mind is free from stress or worries, you are everything. Breath the music in. Feel it swirling within your Consciousness.. There are no boundaries, there are no divisions. You become the music, then you become Everything... Anyway, that's how it works for me. The NSF says that by average, people have about 50-75K thoughts a day. Also 90 to 95% of those thoughts are also the same thoughts that were from the day before; as well as a week ago; to even months; and for some people, years.
All 50 to 75K thoughts is EXACTLY a record of what you have done within THAT day. Its like playing the same movie over and over and over and over again.. and we wonder why we DO the same thing over and over and over and over again..
Because that same movie is being played, you're going to SEE the same events day after day after day after day..
You gotta start playing a different movie.. you gotta start FILMING new clips and scenes and plots.. you gotta record new thoughts and ideas to start projecting a different reality..
And its not just simply changing your thoughts here.. you gotta change the ROOT of those thoughts. There's a reason why you THINK, AND FEEL, AND SAY, AND ACT, AND BEHAVE the same everyday. It ALL SPAWNS from your character.. your personality.. your belief.. you gotta get to the ROOT and begin to work on your IDENTITY.
We've all heard that YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT.. or YOU ARE WHAT YOU DO.. We are DEFINED by WHAT WE DO!! Just think of these EXTERNAL OUTPUTS that are from us, as a MIRROR to our inner and personal being. Like a MIRROR REFLECTS THE FACE, SO THE ACTIONS OF A MAN RELFECTS THE HEART..
So sit down.. and be aware of ALL that you THINK.. ALL that you FEEL.. ALL that you DO.. These EXTERNALITIES is a REFLECTION of our INTERNAL SELF..
And those 50 to 75K thoughts... they all STACK. Think of THOUGHTS as HANDS and LEGS.. They have the ability to HOLD onto things.. and they also have the ability to CARRY you to places.. Those 50 to 75K thoughts are what held you in place, and are also what took you to places.. CHANGE YOUR MIND, CHANGE YOUR LIFE..
Want to know another cool thing?? ALL thoughts are NOT the same.. OBVIOUSLY right?? But its not really what you're thinking.. There are different types of THINKING.. these DIFFERENT types of THINKING has DIFFERENT FUNCTIONS and produces DIFFERENT RESULTS..
Here's the BEST WAY that I know how to describe this.. Our thinking process has DIFFERENT "MODES" OF THINKING.. There are essentially 3 MODES OF THINKING, and I like to use this acronym.. K.S.E.. KNOWLEDGE.. STRATEGY.. EXECUTION..
The human mind CANNOT compute these 3 MODES all at the same time.. Not effectively or with a 100% of your attention to all 3 MODES.. your attention would be DIVIDED in a sense, if you try to do ALL at the SAME TIME... but in reality the human mind, by design, cannot have their brain in ALL 3 MODES at 100% for compartments..
but lets break this down.. KNOWLEDGE.. that's a time where you learn new things.. read a book or an article.. trying to learn a new concept.. learning how to do things.. learning a skill.. taking the time to reflect.. a time where you are brainstorming.. essentially a MODE where you're just acquiring new information.. This is the MODE that majority of us are in.. always CONSUMING information.. reading and watching content after content VORACIOUSLY.. but guess what.. all that information.. the ideas.. they're ALL in your HEAD.. just sitting on the SHELF OF YOUR MIND.. just collecting DUST.. THEY.. ARE.. ALL.. IMMATERIAL... INTANGIBLE!!! This is only the very FIRST STEP.. and people don't realize that they need to TRANSITION over to the 2ND STEP..
and that 2nd STEP is STRATEGY... this is the MODE OF THINKING where you GATHER the particular information.. the ideas.. the KNOWLEDGE.. you GATHER IT and TRANSFORM the INTANGIBLE IDEAS TO BECOME TANGIBLE.. THE IMMATERIAL THOUGHTS TO THE MATERIAL MANIFESTATION.. This is where you MOLD your thoughts into REALITY.. how do you do this?? Simply break it down to ACTIONABLE STEPS.. this is what most of us know, but don't understand how critical it is.. this is just planning.. you've heard it all the time and EVERYWHERE!! But you never transition your KNOWLEDGE MODE OF THINKING into the 2nd step.. STRATEGY.. Just plain ol' figuring out and strategizing a way to ACTUALIZE your ideas.. just figuring out how to bring your IDEAS INTO LIFE...
The 3rd STEP.. EXECUTION.. believe it or not this is a TYPE OF THINKING.. A MODE where majority of people in the world who don't switch to.. they know it exists, but they like the FIRST STEP TOO TOO MUCH.. it FEELS GOOD to learn.. it FEELS GOOD to become ENLIGHTENED.. it FEELS GOOD to learn a new PERSPECTIVE.. it FEELS GOOD to just KNOW MORE... and BECAUSE it FFEEEELLLLSS GOOOOODD.. people justify themselves, by FEELING GOOD as if they are ACTUALLTY being PRODUCTIVE.. they're ACTUALLY doing something important.. that they're making progress.. its PROGRESS alright.. but its only the first step..
!!!IMPORTANT!!! If you are someone who RESONATES with this.. BEING IN THE FIRST STEP.. FEELING GOOD to be in the KNOWLEDGE MODE OF THINKING.. YOU ARE IN DECEPTION!!! I am seriously being LITERAL here.. LITERALLY!!!!! You are DECEIVING YOURSELF!!! You are LIVNG A LIFE OF DECEPTION!!!!
Learning is GOOD! Learning is IMPORTANT!!! AND I for one understand how GOOD it FEELS to LEARN NEW THINGS!!! But you are STUCK IN LIFE because you believe you NEED TO LEARN MORE AND MORE AND MORE AND MORE..
Folks.. there's only so much that you can LEARN.. there's only so much you NEED to KNOW before you can start turning that KNOWLEDGE to ACTUAL SUBSTANCE..
Get onto STEP 2.. STRATEGIZE AND PLAN!! BREAK THE INFORMATION DOWN TO ACTIONABLE STEPS.. and once you have the PLAN.. you VISUALLY SEE WHERE to go and KNOW WHAT to DO and HOW to DO it... you just gotta KICK it into the 3rd GEAR and JUST DO IT!!! JUST DO IT!!!
PERFECTION is NOT an OPTION.. But FAILURE IS! The most important thing is not doing everything PERFECTLY.. the most important thing is to just MOVE IT.. make adjustments as you go and RECALIBRATE if things are not going as plan... and that's okay.. just make sure you APPLY the things that you learned..
