We have a similar story, but the reason this is all happening is because God wants you to see that your only happiness and source of Joy comes from Jesus and not the things of the world. For what if you gain the whole world but lose your one and only soul. God wants us to give up our idols and to put him as our main source. To put him first before anything in this world.

Employees did the opposite of the intention for me too. Idea was to spend more time with my children, just didn't happen. Spent less and had more stress. I'm a nice guy too. Just doesn't work well with employees without rules of survival. Be nice but set rules for being nice. Great show. Next run will be different. You'll grow from the experience and do better next time. Yes but does it have legitimate roots? Alex wants automation...he wants the return of investments in ai, and the metaverse. You can't adjust for every variable. But you cannot fire part of your workforce for ai and expect people to understand without a true analysis of the sitiation

Important you've noted where you went wrong - expanding to much, too quickly is one of the most common traps entrepreneurs experience. As is letting the ego grab the wheel from your compassionate and humble self. I learned the hard way (as you are) to avoid the euphoria of early growth around a neat new idea or bullish market conditions. Keep it steady, moderate and grow according to a 10-20 year forecast, not 1-2. You're still young, you have rivers of energy still and, thankfully, these knocks don't seem to have calcified into cynicism or resentment in you. Brush off, refocus and go again - using these lessons you've learned to grow steadily and for the long haul. And, dude - nobody on their death bed reflects that they wish they had more money in the bank! Regrets always centre around relationships. Family and relationships are the true treasures that money cannot buy. This is the first video Ive watched of yours since your sudden stop of the slack group for PEMG2 and content creators group. I made it so far and even found success in this group when it suddenly disappeared. I was promised a tag in response to tagging your FS business to my shorts however it never happened. I felt rejected and used by my own teachers and in turn caused some resentment. Now I understand why things didn't turn out as I was expecting them to and because of this video I can stop being so salty about it all. As a bankrptcy manager, I've seen this story waaay to many times... Mostly people fail on "saving" money on good managers and trying to scale fast...nothing good and stable comes out of decisions like that
