    could never maintain that stroke rate without following you ,really good one again Eric ,I did 9157 meters ,i will use that as a guide.

    I am sure what ever your pace is here in the beginning , as simple as it looks, is far faster than I can row at race pace.
    I am now 55 but even in my younger years , pushing a 142 or 138 was for short term burst for me and a 150 152 was the best I could sustain for maybe 1000m or 2000m
    To watch people today start out rowing a 124 or so and looking like they are just a stroll in the park BLOWS MY MIND.
    I have always had good upper body strength but I guess its my legs that need to strengthen. Like I said. I am 55 now, although I have been working out more int he legs as of recent I will never see a pace like yours.
