Really having such a great content on internet is a treat to eyes..it helped me a lot in understanding the practical challenges.
Really great framework! I'm going to use if for design questions. Thanks a lot.
Great CIRCLES framework! Just a thought on the solutions listed...while Voice assistant(high complexity) serves the purpose of a seamless transaction it's also important to have such ATMs built sound proof from a safety standpoint or may be have such ATMs with a feature to plug in their earphones(med complexity)!
Gem of a video! Please keep posting more concepts in this playlist. You earned a subscriber in 24mins. Kudos!
I'm really happy to come and watch this video it helps a lot,,,Everything in this video is also great, except the fact how a visually impaired person will get to know where to swap the card. That is not addressed in the entire solution that you have given but still thanks a lot sir.
An interesting fact is that your explanation dominated my imagination before watching your video. Amazing stuff. #awesome
Absolutely fantastic video..
Awesome.. Keep adding stuff related to PM Interviews
Really Great Framework.....Waiting for more Videos
I had similar pipelines of thoughts, that means i can assume myself a good PM😌
Very nicely explained 🤠
Here are more problems with the system
1) With the door lock: what if someone(thief) enters the atm and does not lock it waiting for the next customer to come in.
2) With the full Alexa atm: How to enter the pin, cannot just say it out loud.
some more important solutions:
increasing the size of the keys so they are easily identifiable and distinguishable, and also adding a braille output pad for showing the account balance, and also confirming the amount entered by the user. We can also remove the screen to reduce the cost, if the atm is just for the visually impaired.
Keep it up. Loved it
Awesome ..it's really helpful. looking forward to more such videos..
More to come!
Really great.
Great presentation
Loved the video, simple and easy to understand. Can you please tell me the tool you use to take notes for the video ?
great video
Atm door lock will increase the product cost. Shouldn’t we also consider the cost for solution?
Firstly, thank you making such valuable content. The content well served the purpose created. 100%
I've got quick question
1) Who am I ? (Under comprehend) - Can you give me some example how this solutions proposed will change based on "Bank/software comp/hardware company"
Golden
How is this awesome presentation created? is it in Mac?
Great Content. Just One Question. Wherever you mention about entering ATM Pin or swiping the card for door lock, how the person will find that?
Damn .... watched a lot of videos but couldnt find one which would explain concepts with such ease ....✨❤. Where can i find practice ques for product management with solutions ?:)
Really Great content.
Thanks a lot ❤️
Prodman case:
How would you design an ATM machine to safeguard it from mob lynching?
Suppose you are taking out cash from ATM machine and suddenly a mob enters the room. Considering you can only suggest changes in ATM machine and not other equipments (eg door) around. Also the mob has a knife, so any of your act would make him stab you.
Help me out with the solution!
can we get more analysis of same type. I am still confused about Circles
Quick Question here. Is MoSCoW Framework used while Listing the possible solutions for the ATM Machine? that is before evaluating the trade offs.
hey great video. Can you share the deck
Is there a cheat sheet or the presentation available for this like other explainer videos?
Helpful.
Thanks a lot 🙌
Please continue explainer series
