I'm doing a power window. conversion on mine but I can't figure out where the wiring hardnesses plug in on the side of the dash panel. Any help? I. have two small hardness and one long hardness that come from the. door
They slip into the door to lock the panel to the door. I don't know if you can get new ones if yours are broken. You might have to epoxy/melt them back together.
+Ian Dippin I don't think there really is a "size" when it comes to these stock tweeters. They're a strange triangle shaped plastic with a tweeter in the middle. You usually have to custom mount aftermarket tweeters on these trucks or buy an exact replacement.
YOU DID NOT need to break off the control panel for the door, it comes off with the lil connection, the moron at the mechanic shop broke it off thinking that was how to get in the door as well, and it WAS NOT, and I found out the next day an they did not bother to tell me he broke it either!~

My speaker grilles are rusty and I've been dreading this....MAN is that ever simple even compared to my s10!
Just be careful with the speaker grill metal mesh. It'll break if you bend it back and forth too much

There is another screw at bottom of door panel
Not on this one. There are only two on the sides and one or two in the middle top part.
I have a 1999 extended cab, and it has a screw on the bottom of the door.
That's weird. There isn't even a spot for an extra screw on this truck.
My 2002 Chevy ext cab has the bottom 7mm screw.

That's a rip off. You can get Silk Dome aftermarket speakers for less than that lol.
