The dual region of mordekaiser is probably to avoid contraversy because does feel like a SI champ but people would be FURIOUS. Morgane makes sence from a lote point since she is worshipped in demacia and a key part in the mage rebellion i feel like they are setting up for.
Nah, i dont think its just a flavor thing. He's very clearly built to be a reputation card. 5+ power counts twice for his level up and a good amount of his followers like lord mallat help to proc reputation (and can do so once more if they are deathless). Challenger is also an infamously noxian keyword. He's noxus through-and-through gameplay-wise imo

Alternatively-in that LOR timeline-maybe Morgana just doesn't agree with how Sylas is doing the Mageseeker rebellion, which would explain their clash. I'm not completely sure since I never played the Mageseeker (only seen a few clips of it) and I don't know the full lore regarding both Sylas and Morgana. It would be best if a lore expert could help us out here.

Its not a weird choice to make Mord and Morg a double region. Mord soul is in the SI region but he still bound to Noxus due to his relinquish to live (and the black rose squad; and his armor still in Noxus) while Morgana is an aspect of Justice like his sister, but comes to love the magician from Demacia as they worship her too

Since Dragon boons are elemental, i think Iaschilla is gonna be an auto include in any elder dragon deck. I mean imagine healing nexus 4, or giving +2/+2 and 4 impact, etc. Even cloud drake and chemtech count as two triggers for Kiss a Homie
if you play a shroom deck and your opponent play sinken temple, the sligth benefit they got against the fisherman won't matter, shroom is literally their worst matchup
So for that Targon 4 cost ramp. A very good point in its favour is it is very good with elder Dragon. Playing it on four means on turn five you get to play a 6 cost activating boon and making elder cheaper a turn early. Then on turn 6 you get another 6 cost. Making a Targon Elder dragon deck run a bit faster and smoother

The dragon worshipper is an elder dragon card to skip turn 5 and start playing 6 costs a turn earlier no? Seems pretty descent to good.
I love the fact that those 6+ Cost dragons have Aura/Presence effects. Meaning that they would love to get Deathless from the Dragon Boons.
