I feel bad about Kyo voice, when he sing live, sometimes his voice unstable, but when i know he was sick for several years and had to undergo surgery ranging from ear problems to the vocal cords, i understand him, feel sorry. . . After that DIR EN GREY back with Arche Live, The Insulated World and The World You Live In, i heard Kyo's voice getting better 👍 Sorry with my poor english haha. . .
And he improved tenfolds! From singing with his throat to getting a voice range like no other! But what truly makes him the best,is his ability to convey emotions
Maybe something like Berry or Machiavellism, if youre looking for something like this from Diru. Pretty much everything from Withering to Death has this sound, so if you havent already that would be a good album to check.
he basically hurt is like 6 years. had to have surgery on his throat. The band was worried but he healed. Not what it used to be, but still good. I talked to him about it over the summer. very shy guy.
I often think Kyo packed too much into some songs, making it seem like he was butchering songs when it's almost impossible to perform a recorded song verbatim on a live performance.
