Around 8-12 reps and 5 sets after bench press sets. Works for me very well! Keep on grinding and pushing mate! 💪🏻✨ And big respect for your home gym!!! 🤘🏻 Rocky style gyms are the most hardcore places to lift and I feel most motivated there.

    I've squat 300 for 8 times so I'm sure I can do the 315 for at least 5. We know that's heavy though. I just ran out of weights in my home. I gotta get more plates.
